I bought these for my 15-year old. He’s on his school’s golf team. He loves these clubs. He had an older set but says he’s seen so much improvement with this set. He pretty tall (6’2) and finds them to be a good fit for him. I didn’t want to spend thousands on an amazing set until he stops growing, but I think these will suit him well until we’re ready to upgrade in a few years.

Since adjusting to these new clubs (only took a few rounds) I am very pleased with them. I originally bought the Callaway Strata set but returned them after I tried the Edge set side by side. The quality of the wood and driver is much better in comparison and the irons have a much better feel around the green (allowing some backspin as well). These clubs have helped me reach my highest score to date (84) and I have been able to hit more consistently and further by at least 10-15 yards per club.

Played with these on the course for the first time last Sunday and loved how they performed. I tried to use all of the clubs at least once. The woods are probably my favorite, but everything else worked really well. My group was impressed with the quality of the clubs and thought they must have been super expensive given the Callaway reputation. They were shocked with how much I paid for them and what was included.
I will admit I am a new golfer with not a huge amount of experience with various clubs. These are remarkably better than an average starter set like Strata or Wilson and much more comfortable and reliable than the hand-me-down set I was using with a hodgepodge of different clubs.
I’d highly recommend them if you’re a new or intermediate golfer and need to upgrade to something a bit nicer. These definitely have a ton of forgiveness and improved my game overall. I was hitting much straighter than I was before.
The only “con” is that these cannot be fitted or adjusted. This shouldn’t be an issue if you’re in the standard range. I am fairly short but the length on these fit fine for me. I didn’t want to invest quite yet in custom fitted clubs until I became more consistent. The woods also have a carbon matte finish on the top which looks great but can scratch quite easily if you are not careful. Make sure you use the covers whenever possible (which are very nice I will add).
The putter was also something to get used to for me. It’s an Odyssey White Hot which has a great reputation, but the giant super stroke grip takes some getting used to if you never used grips that size before. I also prefer the mallot style over a bladed putter so I was all over the green. You might enjoy the stability it offers especially if you have larger hands, but it’s going to take a little practice for me to get used to. Overall, a great buy and I’m hoping these will last a while.

The set came in a different color than advertised (blue vs gold trim) which was a surprise, but the clubs work great. The irons are well worth the price, woods are a little lacking in quality. I broke the head of the driver a week in and donβt remember striking the ground particularly hard. If you have good control of your clubs these are a fantastic set for the price.

Let me start off by saying that I am a terrible golfer. I got into the sport in May 2019 and never really took it seriously until March/April 2020. The whole time, I was using an old free set of Rams that were used and abused to say the least. When I finally thought I was course-ready, I brought my Rams to a few courses and scored a nice double-par everywhere I went. It was very common for me to just skip holes for mental health’s sake. Incredibly unmotivated, I asked a friend who started around the same time (although has had much more time to practice than I have) to give my Rams a shot. He obliged, and after one drive, told me these clubs were verging on unusable. I trust his opinion as he is a consistent upper 80s – lower 90s golfer so I looked online for a new set. I found these and decided to give them a shot before giving up on golf entirely. Man, am I glad I did. Without changing a thing about my strokes, no lessons, no extra time at the range, I have shaved a good 20-40 strokes off my game. While it’s hard to tell what I would actually shoot if I kept counting past double-par, I am now consistently in the low 120s. I know that is far from good, but again, I am self teaching myself everything from scratch and have little time in this sport. It is a great feeling to improve on something and actually have a score to work on now. Most importantly, I feel better heading to a pro for lessons knowing my first $80 lesson won’t be “Get yourself some new clubs.” The superstroke grip on the putter feels comfortable in my hands. I am switching from a mallet putter to a blade putter so I have been leaving puts short on the greens but that will just take a little getting used to. I highly recommend this set, especially for beginners like myself.

Ok, I donβt usually do reviews but I was compelled after using these clubs. I started out at the range with my Pro Tour pitching wedge hitting about 90 yards. As a mid to high handicapper I sweep and sometimes a scoop the golf ball( still working on Correcting it). Then I picked up the Callaway Edge pitching wedge. Wow! My first shot was about 120 yards straight as an arrow. After each shot I checked the club face to see where the ball made contact. Very few shots actually hit the sweet spot on the wedge, 9, 7, and 5 hybrid but still got excellent results. I gained about 20- 30 yards with each club and I loved the way they felt and sounded. I am 6β2β and my wrists are 38β from the floor so I probably should be fitted but I really enjoyed hitting these clubs. I would highly recommend these and the bonus is the set comes with an awesome putter and head covers. Try em you wonβt be disappointed.ππππΌββοΈ

Have been very pleased with my purchase of Callaway Clubs. They have helped my game thus far from the newest technology standpoint.
