Bought this after my surgeon and nurses told me to get plenty of protein after a surgery. Only tried the strawberry smoothie flavor so far. I put 1 scoop into a little over half of an 18 oz dixie cup with cold water. Tastes good and nice consistency, not super water, not really thick. I stirred with a spoon and then a rubber wish for a few minutes and there were still some small clumps (see picture’, but they didn’t affect drinking it. Overall very good! I’m sure it would be great with my oat milk or an addition to any shake or smoothie. Bought one of eachn ‘strawberry smoothie’ and, triple chocolate’. The containers are huge and are doing to last me forever. Value seems way better than premixed bottles. Especially considering reviews saying they are getting spoiled and expired bottles. Definitely would recommend.

First flavor i got was the vanilla one and it tasted greatttt, i loved it. I had to try cookies and cream because i love the thought of that flavor with my milk but gosh when i tried it, it was so damn sweet. Like okay, first couple sips was yum but then it’s so gross. Halfway through my cup and it’s gross because of how sweet it is. The flavor is good but the sweetness overpowers it. I wouldn’t repurchase this flavor.

EDIT: it tastes so much better with water. this only tastes good with water
