    I ordered this in July. I have been pretty lucky to have managed my headaches without any aid of any kind for awhile. I kind of forgot about this product. Headaches came on pretty hard the last few weeks so I went online, watched the video and tried it. I tried it several times and nothing. It is almost laughable. It does absolutely nothing for me. It has been over 30 days so no refund. Disappointed. I will try the latest pain patch now. They at lease offer a 90 money back guarantee.

    This device is wonderful! It is not a cure all for migraines or even headaches but it certainly relieves sinus pressure. I’ve been having sinus
    /general pressure in my head for a couple years now. It made it so I could smell for the first time in a while, which was wild. I have a connective tissue disease so I can’t say this would happen for anyone – but I swear it relieved even the pressure and tension in my jaw !!

    This is my second device ordered. That tells you a lot. I have used it every day since I got it, but I have only had one about a week. I was getting headaches almost daily and have not had a headache that has made me non functioning since I have been using it. You do have to use it every day to get benefit and once you start using it you will be more aware of the pressure in your head daily, so you will want to use it. I never thought a little device like this would help me, but it has been amazing and I plan to use it every day. Forever.

    Let me begin by saying I’ve been treated for chronic migraine for four decades by neurologists and have also been treated in recent years by multiple ENTs and one craniofacial surgeon. A migraine is not “a headache”. I know my way around head pain. I know the difference between a migraine, a tension headache, ear pressure, and myriads of other kinds of head-related pain and how to deal with them when medication is not an option. I had high hopes that this device would be a great addition to my headache toolkit.

    Not only did I use it on three separate occasions to make sure the less-than-impressive results were a fluke, but I used both recommended application techniques demonstrated in the product tutorial. On two of those occasions, my ear pain actually became so bad in one ear I felt I was in danger of causing damage to my eardrum. So why give this product any stars at all? Whether it was a placebo effect or not, there was a VERY slight lessening of a tension headache after one of the uses, which allowed me to sleep.

    I would not recommend this product.

    Well I was very skeptical I have to admit. I watched the video one female customer made of how to use it prior to receiving it because obviously you don’t want to damage your ears. Did exactly what she said so easy to do. Before using it my head was full of pressure and for 5 days in a row I had migraines. After use it relieved a ton of pressure my head no longer felt like it was going to explode anymore. Do yourself a favor and try it!

    You must be kidding me. I did everything per the instruction video. Achieved the proper seal and suction. This did nothing but give me a mild ear ache. Stay far far away

    I purchased this product about 6 months ago, and I loved it! My ears have trouble adjusting to changes in altitude and I can feel the pressure in my ears after flying, going to the mountains, etc. this product truly works to relive that pressure feeling in my ears/head. I unfortunately lost mine and I emailed Zok customer support and they were amazing. They helped me get a new one ordered and it arrived right away. I’m feeling relief in my head again.

    I wanted this to be like an earth shattering device that changed my life but that expectation was unrealistic so here is the more honest and plausible side. It takes a bit to master the methods, for me anyway. And in the middle of an episode I don’t want to read so please practice beforehand if you’re like me! I have had once where I think it might have helped, I ran some hot water in a tub and out just my feet in while I did the device for a while. I am not positive it did much but for the time I was sitting there it did seem to help. I have no problem trying this, and would recommend it to anyone with migraines to try just in case it helps them! Anything without long term effects is something I’m on board for. So, not convinced but would still recommend because of the safety profile. Hope that helps 😊
