After reading a few reviews from other people about the taste I was skeptical. I have to admit that this stuff actually tastes better than I expected. I’m not sure why others claim that it had a strong medicine taste. I’m definitely going to purchase more!!

Difficult for the powder to dissolve. Lots of foaming. Not even clear or blue. Still has a a milky whey taste to me. Only gave this one a try because it doesn’t have sucralose. It’s not completely awful but I wouldn’t have bought it if I knew it was gonna be like this. Picture is after I shook it in a bottle with a lid, poured it, and let foam settle.

Tastes great, mixes well, highly recommend. It’s a bit on the pricier side, but the quality definitely justifies the added cost

First of all, the flavor is spot on! It’s so nostalgic and happy! Second, I love that there are no artificial sweeteners in Wicked protein. It fully dissolves in water with NO chalky taste. It does foam up when you shake it (like any whey), but if you let it sit in the refrigerator for 20 mins or so, the foam dissipates. I’d rather do this than have nasty additives in my protein to prevent the foam. I’ve been on the hunt for a clean clear whey protein for a long time and this is finally IT!

I am so glad I found this stuff! I am trying to increase my protein but I don’t love milky protein drinks, especially right after I workout. This company makes a great tasting drink. I have tried almost all the flavors and have liked them all. I usually shake it up and leave it for a few minutes then pour it in a glass over ice. It pours without the foam. I would also recommend more water – I use a 32oz blender bottle. But what really makes it is the ingredients! It’s so hard to find a clean product and that doesn’t use sucralose. My only wish is that there were more servings in the container!

I genuinely enjoy this mix and LOVE that it doesn’t sit heavy in my stomach like the usual dessert flavored whey you’ll find at GNC. It’s also great for people who don’t want extra calories from using milk with their protein without having to deal with subpar flavor. I will say that it does foam up quite a bit when shaken (I make it in advance and put it in the fridge for about 10-15 minutes and the foam goes away). I also use a chop stick to kinda stir the powder in before shaking to prevent clumps which is why it’s a 4/5. Other than the slight inconvenience when making it, I’d highly recommend this product and am already on my second container.

Let’s start with just opening it. Every time you open it the powder goes EVERYWHERE. Mixing it is a pain bc only 50% of it gets dissolved. I always have chunks at the bottom. And when I shake it it gets super super foamy. The taste to me is not good at all. You can taste the protein a lot. Doesn’t mix well with blue ras imo.

Updated – original review below. The drink is 100x better if blended to be honest. I throw in a 0 sugar , fruit Greek yogurt, and some regular water/fruit, psyllium into my ninja blender and the drink dissolves much more readily, the chemical aftertaste is gone. A locker room protein shake, this is not, but if you want something fruity when you get home, this is a contender. Updated to 3 from 2 stars.

Was excited to try out a protein drink that was fruit flavored , to go with some fruit smoothies that I make in the AM, and won’t taste as heavy as some of the other whey counterparts. The fact it partnered with the clean label project was another plus.

This protein powder is however, Un drinkable. Having to wait 5+ minutes (not the two minutes on the container) for the foam to settle is insane. Once you get to the actual liquid, the powder itself has mixed incredibly poorly, is chalky, and leaves an absolutely awful chemical after taste on the tongue.

From the foaming, to the lack of servings, to the terrible texture and taste, steer clear of this brand for now until they are able to improve the product. The only reason why they have received 2 stars is the affiliation with the clean label project.
