    Product is extremely small and doesn’t look dependable. Instructions were a bit confusing to a non technical person. Instructions kept asking for a payment of some kind which I never saw in the details of the devices. I wanted to return them but a refund was offered instead.

    This so-called security camera does not work. It won’t stay charged or even charge after the initial charging. The app sucks and will not connect to the camera. It is a POS that the company won’t reply to request for refunds. The company says they will review the refund request and get back to you within 48 hr but that never happens. I put in 3 separate refund requests due to the issues listed above and go ZERO responses from the company about their so-called review of my refund request. Amazon should stop offering this item completely.

    Do not buy these camas you will not be happy with them. They are cheap. They lag not very clear video and if you want to return them, you can’t.

    It looks cheap. Instructions are poor. Apparently comes from China. The app wants my phone number. Weird. You have to recharge them. I returned it but Amazon said keep it and they refunded me my original price.
