    I feel this product is slightly over priced. I’ve used “The Cleaner” in the past, which is a cleanse as well, and the serve the same purpose, but with a drastic cost difference. Be that as it may, Zupoo has actually worked for me so far. I am on day 4 and I can actually say my energy has increased and it has definitely suppressed my appetite…(and I don’t even know if it is supposed to do that?). Anyway, here is a little breakdown from day one of taking it:

    Day one: Took zupoo at 11pm. Had first bowel movement @6:30 the next morning. It was not runny either. It was a normal movement. No stomach cramping at all. No energy difference. Had another bowel movement around 10am. Same results as the one @630am. Throughout that day, I drank 64oz of water.

    Day two: Took zupoo at about 10:30-11:00pm. Had first bowel movement @about the same time as day one…give or take a few minutes. On day two the stool was slightly runny, but still no stomach cramps. I had that second one around 9:00…it hit sooner than day one lol….but this time I thought I had gas….you know how the rest went..Lol… I also drank the same amount of water on day two as day one. I continued to have two more bowel movements later on that day. Throughout day two, had an energy boost. I have a bone spur in my Achilles tendon and I swear I was not feeling it. I even did stairs at work on day two.

    Day three: Took zupoo at the same time as day two. I had my first bowel movement @9:00am-ish, not quite sure why it was later than day one and two, but whatever. Day three the energy boost was higher than day two. Literally, no fatigue at all. I noticed my appetite decreasing on this day. I stepped on the scale on this day as well. On day one I weighed 331lbs. By day three I was 325lbs. I work in a hospital so I know the scales were calibrated correctly! I also drank less water on this day for some reason, but whatever lol.

    Now, I am currently on day four as I type this. I took zupoo a little later at bedtime last night because I didn’t get home until late, nonetheless, I still had that early morning bowel movement. It was normal consistency, but today I am experiencing slight stomach cramps. They are NOT unbearable just noticeable. The feeling of having a bowel movement has increased tremendously. I’ve used the bathroom twice already since I’ve gotten to work. The stool is more runny today, but not diarrhea. I have three more days to take them and I can honestly say that I am liking the results just not the price so much. I hope this helps someone, it’s actually not a bad buy at all.

    This is my second time to purchase this item. I can say that it really works. The only way to explain this is when you go to the restroom you can tell your intestines are being cleaned out. I haven’t been eating much lately and I’m going more than usual. My energy level is way up and my appetite is non existent. I think this is a great product and the price is bit high. But you get what you pay for. If you want to invest in your health, this an excellent way. Cesar P

    I have IBS with chronic constipation, like really chronic. I have been on Linzesse, which after a couple weeks no longer worked and made me feel like I was dying, done Miralax, Fiber, senna, laxatives, ducolax, etc. over the years. Some may provide a moment of relief, but to get that relief I have to accept a lot of discomfort and gas before and after the BM moment. Often after I take senna, for example, I have a couple of days of discomfort after eating. Messes with my system. This product is more expensive than laxative pills, but it is worth it IMO if you suffer chronically. It simply produces a natural and comfortable BM effect. Take it at night with a good amount of water. If no results the next morning, take another dose the following night, and you will more than likely have a regular BM after a cup of tea or coffee with no extra bloating, pain or discomfort. I plan to use this 2-3 times a week until my system gets back to normal however long that takes. I believe this product helps with that too, has some digestive support.

    So I’m going to keep this as short and sweet as possible. It will clean you out in some regards but is it worth it? In my opinion, a resounding NO! Not only did it give me the worse runs, and I’m talking about peeing out of the wrong hole lol, not fun! Also what I would consider the worst effect it had on me is it messed with me mentally. Gave me anxiety for no reason at all just out of the blue which is not common for me. It just seem to put me in a little bit of funk as well and I’m not talking about the diarrhea! Mind you this is only after taking two full dosses. Only upside I could really give is it made my appetite non existing. So hopefully this helps someone. I would definitely stay away if you deal with any mental issues. I do not and it still effected me so i can only imagine if its someone already dealing with these kinds of things. either way good luck. PS if your like me and don’t have any digestive problems or problems with being regular, or just doing it for the sake of doing a “cleanse” i would stay away. your body is already extremely good at that and efficient much more then any of these pills will be. Or just do a healthy juice cleanse if you really wanna do something. just some food for thought ! have a good day!

    I was hesitant to try this expensive product due to the bad reviews I seen. You never know if good reviews might be paid for or something, so I understand if you’re reading this and you have your doubts. I decided to try it finally because I wanted to find something that could take away that bloated feeling you get once in a while. I will say the first and second time was a very slow take. That is probably due to the fact that if you haven’t done any sort of cleanse before there is most likely a large buildup of bad stuff in your gut. I was doing 4 day cycles, I don’t take the entire bottle in one go. After 5 days or so it seems like the job is done and you’re wasting your money. This bottle should last your 4-5 months so when you put into perspective with the price it really isn’t too bad. Now I just try to do a cleanse once a month and take the pills every night for 3 nights in a row and by the 2nd morning it’s doing its job and you will feel a lot better. Last note, do like most reviews say, DRINK LOTS OF WATER! Not only does this product need water to help it work but it will be pulling water from your gut if you don’t, help move it along with a good water intake, everyone needs to drink more water anyways.
