    Product quality (4/5 stars):
    – High density, high quality foam that responds well to the weight and positioning of the head
    – Thick, premium pillow cover that can be used without a pillow case
    – Specialized 1.5” thickness for the few of us who are back sleepers
    – This is pillow is rather firm for memory foam; I woke up a few times each night because the back of my head was sore, and had to switch to a softer pillow. That being said, it is excellent for those who prefers a firmer memory foam experience
    – The pillow is not flat, but slightly sloped to the side. I’m small enough (5’3, 125#) that the weight of my head did not allow it to sink into the foam. This caused my head to often rotate sideway, and I could not maintain good alignment for my neck. A better design would be a completely flat pillow, but this is again just my opinion.

    Customer service (3/5 stars): I originally ordered this pillow in early August because of neck pain, and when I saw the seller’s name was TheWhiteLotus-USA, I was under the impression that the product would ship from the US. Now, I don’t have any issue with the company being Indian-based; I was rather impressed, since most quality textile products come from India anyway. However, for those with neck pain, getting a new pillow earlier than later is very important, and I was quite frustrated to realize the product would ship from India, and would take about a month to arrive. I contacted the seller to see if the shipment could be cancelled or shipped back to India and my purchase refunded, and was met with a terse respond that the product would arrive on August 15. It did not, and over the next 3 weeks, the seller would give me shipment dates that were contradictory to the DHL tracking of the product, then told me to contact DHL to resolve the issue. Well, why was it my job to track a package that I didn’t want in the first place? I resorted to contacting Amazon directly in early September after being told 3 times that the pillow would be delivered, only for it to not arrive, and finally was able to cancel the shipment and received a refund, a month after the purchase date. To make up for the hassle, the seller decided to still honor the purchase and deliver the product, which impressed me a great deal. So, 3 stars for customer service, as it was a frustrating experience that was finally amended.

    In the end, I ended up not using the product, since it did not work for me. However, I’d still recommend it for folks with neck pain, with the warning to check the delivery date.

    I still ordered the pillow despite the complaints about smells but for me it just smells like any other memory foam pillow. I love low pillows at a smaller frame and a height of 5’3 so this pillow was a obvious choice at 2.5 inches. The firmness is a bit much me for me though as it feels like it really locks my head into place with it’s firmness which I really don’t like as I tend to move around alot when I sleep. Even in the summer right now as it’s warmer in my house it still retains it’s firmness and for the night, when it get colder, it gets even firmer. I really wanted to like to this pillow cause I thought it looked really high quality. It also mentions it stills cool but honestly it feels the same as any other pillow that doesn’t have cooling. Overall it’s a good pillow if you like firmer pillows but don’t expect it to keep you cool if you’re a hot sleeper of prefer more medium or plush pillows.

    Nice product with 2 covers ..on the thinner side .will have to adjust for 10 – 15 days then you will feel comfort as we are used to thick pillow for years . Pain will subside after long use

    I rarely write reviews but I’m compelled to for this product. I’ve been looking for a thin pillow for ages and no matter how thin they just didn’t seem to do a very good job. They always seemed to be too thick and it would lead to horrible neck and lower back pain.

    It was so bad I tried no pillow or just a small towel but neither worked very well. Towel was too hard and lead to jaw pain and a very stiff neck and no pillow I felt like I might suffocate.

    Enter this pillow. I had very low expectations going in. First night sleeping on it and wow. I slept like a rock. I didn’t wake up with any neck or back pain and I felt like I had 4 cups of coffee. What a difference.

    After a few nights it continues to get better.

    Now I will say that I can always sleep on my side, sometimes and because this pillow is so low it is not good for that. I am a slender person but there will be no neck support. My main position however is my stomach and for that it does an amazing job.

    My only complaint is that for the first few nights the pillow has an awful smell. It’s really bad. Even putting it in the dryer didn’t do much for it. Though adding a dryer sheet seemed to help a bit. After a few nights it either goes away or I got used to it.

    Give it a try if you are looking for that good stomach sleep. You won’t be disappointed.

    It has taken me ages to find an ultra-thin pillow that wasn’t rock hard or down filled and flimsy. I am a full-on stomach sleeper and can’t tolerate a high-loft pillow. This pillow is perfect.

    DO NOT BUY!!! This came rolled up and in a sealed plastic bag. I was so excited and without thinking I threw away the outer plastic bag, so I can’t send it back, but then I open the inner bag… I cannot even tell you how disgusting the scent is. To the point I almost puked. Since I paid a s*** ton for this, the most I’ve ever spent on a pillow in my life, I decided I would try to wash the cover (I left it out for two days first hoping airing it out was so it needed, but no improvement in stench). But upon taking the cover off and putting it in the washing machine I realized the stink wasn’t coming from the cover it was coming from the pillow itself. I was so desperate to make this work that I decided I would try to wash the pillow. I have washed other pillows in the past so I didn’t really think about it. This pillow however is memory foam. And it is completely impossible to dry. It still weighs about a hundred pounds, I have run it through the dryer literally six times, when usually one will dry everything imaginable.
    Biggest waste of my money this is disgusting, this s*** should be banned.

    What a rip off this pillow is from the price point.I paid $89 for this pillow,said on the site it’s from America and when it arrived I saw that it was made in India,that’s not the problem though that it’s made in India.It’s the exorbitant amount of money they charge is here for a pillow that’s not even well made.when I realized it was made in India ,I went on the amazon India website and saw that the company was selling this same product for 1500 Rupees which is the equivalent of $25 Canadian dollars and they charge us $89 from Canadian Amazon!!
    What a rip off!!
    If the pillow had been a good one I would have not bothered about the price.But the pillow does not rise at all when you air it out.It’s like sleeping on a thin sheet of towel!!Wasted my hard earned money.

    I loved this pillow. I bought the king size for my queen size bed as I didn’t want a small standard pillow. However, the king size was too awkward for me, so I had to return it. I had a problem with the return and the seller immediately took care of it. I definitely recommend doing business with this company: great product and customer service.
