    I did quite a bit of research before using these, the biggest gripe I saw was the adhesive of the patches, which I had absolutely zero problems with. I put socks over them the first night just to be safe, but did not see the need after. I personally didn’t notice any improvements in sleep or miraculous detox to share. Not totally sold on all the claims, however, I would probably try this one again. I think it comes down to what are you looking for detox or foot health or other health related remedies.

    I put them on but when I woke up in the morning one had come completely off the other was just hanging on by the one side. Going to try one more time if they don’t stay on going to return

    Works very good. When I wake up in the a.m. these are very black like they pulled gunk out of me. I feel better the very first day.
    My wife put them a set on the second night and sure enough she didn’t have as much black stuff. Hers was kinda gray.

    This is my 3rd purchase of these pads.
    These are the worst , they aren’t sticking, and the medicated pads are missing on some pairs.
    So there’s only enough for one foot.
    Also the materials are thinner and medicated pads are less than before.

    I have been having issues with my feet and these definitely helped! I didn’t notice a smell, they stuck to my feet without issues, super simple, and they didn’t leave any residue!

    The pads in the morning are pitch black and stink. Obvious that something has been removed from my body but I’m not sure what the results should be. Used the whole box. Nothing has changed in my feet.
