    I’ve been using this for almost 75 days and have lost some but I was expecting more from the product. They say to try something for 90 days before making a decision. Jury is still out.

    Let me start of saying I’ve only been taking this for a month. I wasn’t constantly taking it everyday in the beginning so I have started taking daily. I can’t really comment on any lbs shredded just yet. I’ll update next month. I will say I didn’t start feeling like I had energy at first which is partly why I wasn’t motivated to take them but towards the end I can feel the difference again that’s my fault and I will update later. However, is it supposed to make me hungry? I noticed I eat more than I usually eat. It’s not really helping with eating but then again that wasn’t my issue I barely could eat maybe I wasn’t eating enough? Idk lol and to be clear I love food so I wasn’t taking two bite and then I’m full on purpose. I am happy to be able to eat a full meal but maybe twice a day as opposed to eating little bites throughout the day. I feel more energy to do things so I’m happy to continue this journey. Will update after my second full bottle. Overall I feel like this is a good product. My goal is to drop 30lbs and get back to my usual weight of 145.

    I am surprised at how well these work to suppress appetite. I typically wake up with sugar cravings, which led to weight gain, but this product stopped that. Now I’m eating healthier and walking more. It’s not a magic pill but nothing is.

    I’ve been taking Burn for roughly a year now and the effects are amazing. My mood used to be awful so much so, I couldn’t get myself out of bed and now I finally feel like me again. And I just have to say that weight wise it actually works like it saids, because my waist was a 36″ and just last Tuesday I measured and my waist was a 32″ I know it’s not ground-breaking but in my experience that’s pretty darn good. Highly recommended.

I take 2 in the morning and have found that it has helped with my sugar cravings, of course I have to put in the effort as well to make right choices but I believe this product has helped better than anything else and I like the ingredients.
