    After taking them for 3 months my blood test showed improvement in my score.
    What I hate about these supplements is their deceiving marketing if the doze per pill is 210mg, then say on the bottle 210mg NOT 420mg (but must take two!) they all do it , but why?

    My wife uses the tablets for cramps in her legs and feet. The 420 mg tablets make it so she doesn’t have to take 2 or the lesser amount. The 420 mg tablets also very hard to find at the stores where we live. She’ll be reorder in the future.

    This works really well. It does give a good night’s rest. I can only take 1 at bedtime because taking 2 makes me sleepy half way through the next day.
