    On the surface since I was traveling to Poland I thought this would make it easy….but it isn’t. It’s extremely slow to respond and people don’t recognize the words that are said in Polish. After a while we just got frustrated and stopped using it. Maybe it will work for you better but I’m not sold on it and went back to google translate to show person what is written instead.

    Malheureusement Je n’ai pas pu utiliser le produit : l’application Poliglu ne retrouve pas mon téléphone malgré qu’il est bien connecté. En plus d’avoir déballer mon colis 1 mois après donc pas de retour possible de l’article. Je vais voir s’il n’existe pas de garantie autre. Très déçu !

    It arrived and seemed used/reconditioned!!
    There were several scratches, and it appeared that the USB had been used quite a lot.

    I had seen many advertisements for this on social media, and since I speak very little Spanish, I decided to buy one.

    First thing to know is in all the ads. It makes it look like this is an independent device to translate. However, it is nothing more than a microphone and speaker device that must be connected to your phone via Bluetooth.

    If I wanted to use my phone, there are plenty of great apps. The sound coming out of this device, when translating, was muffled and barely audible! It also would not correctly take my voice or translation.

    I believe it was faulty, but this is simply the worst product I have ever bought on Amazon.

    If you’ve seen the commercials for it, and you think it looks good, I think you’re going to be very disappointed. I have an upcoming trip and relied on wash I thought would be great to have in my pocket. Problem is in order for it to work properly. It would need to be connected to your phone and your phone connected to Wi-Fi. As a missionary, there is no way that this is going to be of any use.

    I hate to leave bad reviews but truly even if this device was not faulty I cannot imagine it would have been of much use.

    To the company that sold it, DO BETTER!

    And yes, I returned it within hours of it arriving.

    First of all u need to download an app second it needs perfect internet speed
    Third it translates in brief not a full sentence
    I personally didn’t find it efficient nor practical

    Please do not buy this product. The instructions seem easy enough, it works like everything else you try and sync it to your phone. The problem is it doesn’t sink to your phone. I tried connecting it to my android and it would not sync. I tried syncing it to an Apple phone I borrowed to see if it would work on there and it still wouldn’t connect. I consulted my nephew who works in IT. He tried connecting it and it still wouldn’t connect. I spent $80 on an item that didn’t work and by the time I figured this out it was too late to return it so now I’m out of $80. Here’s something I learned. I didn’t have to pay the $80 if I would’ve gone out to Google and downloaded their app called Google translate. It’s free.

    This item does not work well. When you talk into it then read the words you want to say they are not the same. One simple sentence was very insulting. Good thing the person I practiced with understood. I suggest you DO NOT BUY THIS ITEM.

    It will be helpful when I travel abroad but it’s a little hard to use. Not user-friendly. It’s kind of clunky and you have to use your phone and the device I would rather not have to involve the phone.

    However, it’s not bad it suits the purpose.

    Fácil de usar/easy to use
    Es más simple de usar que un diccionario/It is easy to use Thank a dictionary.
    También es más fácil de llevar que un diccionario de papel (en estos días ya no se usa)/ It is so easy because you are using a gadget (instead of a book).
    Realmente me resulta estupendo/It is awesome.
