    The plaque removing tool is everything it is advertised to be and I am taking my time working with it to get the best results.

    I have used it a few times and it works great. Does not hurt at all.

    I have only used the softest setting so far, and it takes stains away quick! Be very careful not to pass over the same area too many times because it might take off more than stains. It definitely works well, even on the most gentle setting. I love being able to touch up my teeth between dental cleaning visits.

    I used this about 3 or 4 times and then went to charge it and now it will not charge anymore. It DID work well the few times I was able to use it. It is just a shame that it will not charge at all now. It will not even light up at all when you put it on the charger. Really disappointed too because now I will have to buy another one. I will most likely try another brand because I do not want to take a chance and a new one stops charging again.

    After my 2 star review customer service reached out to me and were awesome about refunding my order. I reordered another one and so far it is working well, so hopefully the first one was just a defective one. I will continue doing business with them since their customer service is on point and they follow through with trying to make you a happy customer.

    After the built up calculus is removed by a dentist, this sucker will maintain the dentist clean.

    It will not, however, remove deep pockets of calculus at the gum line. I kept thinking if I was just patient enough, it’d wear down the ridge on the back of my tooth, but it hasn’t.

    ETA: YES! Yes it did finally wear down the ridge of calculus on the back of my tooth. So it does work, just takes a LOT of time. It’s also pretty gentle, since it works so slowly, which is a nice pay-off for being patient.

    I did not use it right away, so by the time I tried it, I was not able to return it. It will not hold a charge at all.. I was unable to use it.

    I am pleased with the quality of this product. It is impressive that the tartar just falls away. I had my teeth deep cleaned after having missed a couple appointments and the dentist missed a small spot on a back molar. I bought this and the tartar just fell off. Inexpensive and actually works!!
