    These are much easier to wear than the hard ones while sleeping but if you get up in the night you need to retighten and if you are a mover in your sleep many nights it will come off. If you manage to last the night with them on they do help a lot.

    It didn’t help at all. I managed to squeeze it over my ankle and wore it all day but because the extra large didn’t fit the Velcro rubbed my skin. Not worth the money in my opinion.

    I suffer from excruciating foot and ankle pain. After working an 8hr shift on my feet I can barely walk. I put the wraps on shortly after I get home and I’m able to walk almost pain free. Thank you for this product.

    I ordered the L/XL and they are not really big enough. Very hard to try and put on and get in position correctly! Definitely would not recommend!

    So it does work and my plantar fasciitis is improving, much better than the boot from the orthopedist. However… the velcro really should be the other way around.. I ended up bleeding from the velcro scratching my leg. Also, there needs to be realistic sizing.. there are people out there with a larger than 9/10 inch ankle. Since it works but there needs major production improvements, and it also made me bleed… I give it two stars..
