    I’ve noticed a little energy boost with this supplement and I’ve also gained 4 lbs since starting it. I would say it isn’t helping me at all.

    I had read where others had said the same, but thinking it was just them and it would work on me- I mean LITERALLY no difference. The pills smell, they are expensive and do nothing it says they will do AND YOU CAN’T RETURN THEM! They are sitting there getting rich off a placebo that I assume is only working for the ones being paid to say so. No energy change, no appetite change- bottom line if I could give a negative 10 I would.
