    I’ve tried other wild yam creams and this one has been the most effective. I use it to combat menopause symptoms. As long as I don’t forget to use it, I have zero hot flashes, and I am able to sleep so much better. Helps with mood swings also. Definitely recommend this cream, and I like the smell…it reminds me of lemongrass.

    This product was recommended by my chiropractor. I’ve only started using it one week but so far I’m noticing a little better sleep. My hot flashes during the day have been very mild so far compared to the sweat beads I would get prior to using this. I happen to like the scent and how soft it feels on my skin. So far I’m very pleased. I’ll do another review in a few weeks.

    Follow up review: this stuff is amazing and it truly works! It took a couple of weeks for it to start to kick in though. It does say after the third week to take one week off of it, but when I did that the flashes started to slowly come back within three days. But other than that, this is amazing.

    This cream is fantastic! I’ve been trying to balance my hormones naturally, and this helped tremendously. It takes just a little each day (except off during your period), and should last about three months for one jar. The smell is nice, it rubs in well, and gives me some great energy! Overall, it’s really good!

    I have been using this wild yam cream for about 2 months now. Purchased without high expectations, but OMG it works! I should add that I DO NOT use this regularly per the directions, maybe a few times a week when I can remember. But even with inconsistent use, I could tell a difference! I feel less tired, less moody, and my cramps have decreased by about 75% of what they normally are. I have also lost about 5 pounds since starting this (not sure if it’s related or not, but worth mentioning).

    The smell is ok, not amazing nor horrible. Extremely easy to disperse into skin. I will say it does seem to leave a residue for a while after application (greasy feeling), but I’m not bothered by it. 10/10 would recommend and I will be repurchasing again once my jar runs out!

    I ordered this and the Anna’s wild yam cream from Australia that Barbara O’Neil talks about knowing that the Anna’s was on a 6 month waitlist for shipping. This product helped regulate my cycle back out, increases energy and helps with moisture I was missing, down below (my husband noticed).

    I was pretty happy and after 3.5 months the Anna’s came in and I used Anna’s for the following cycle. It was a month of hell. My hot flashes came back (after being gone years), sleep problems worsened, and when it came time for my period to start after the 3 weeks, it never came. I also prefer both the texture and smell of this product to the Anna’s. This smells like chocolate and spices and rubs in with a non-greasy finish. The Anna’s was smelly and gooey and you had to use a bunch more than the pea sized amount required with Faith and Grace.

    I went straight back to this and felt much better the very next cycle after my cycle of hell with the Anna’s. All women’s bodies are different, but myself and my bestie have had positive results with this yam cream. I wanted to post this review for all my girlies struggling out there. This one is worth a try for sure!

    **one month update!**
    I’ve been using this cream twice a day every day for nearly a month now. I have gotten used to the smell and it doesn’t bother me anymore. I’ve only used 1/3 of the jar so far using a pea sized amount on my inner wrist and rubbing my wrists together. I repeat before bedtime. Now… I am a believer!! I have not had one single night sweat since day one of using this. Not ONE! And I was waking up every single night drenched in sweat. It has also regulated my cycle this month. I usually have very painful (post tubal ligation in 2017) periods, and my menstrual fluid was always think and clotted. This month however I have had minimal cramping, to the point where I didn’t have to take any ibuprofen on day one, and that’s a given every month. Also, my menstrual fluid is FLUID this month! No clotting whatsoever. I’m not exactly sure how they do it. But this stuff is a game changer! I’ll be a customer as long as needed!! Highly recommend.

    I am 33 and already hitting the road to “the change”. I’ve heard rave reviews about this particular brand. I was surprised by the size for the price. But a little really goes a long way. I use it on my wrists every day. A pea sized amount covered both easily. I gave it four stars because tbh it smells kind of gross. I saw the ingredients and thought “okay, that will smell good!” But it doesn’t. Luckily it only lasts about 10 minutes and it fades and it’s unnoticeable. It is not a semi hard wax like I expected. I was thinking more along the lines of coconut oil. But it’s more like whipped butter. And it came slightly melted (summer weather, to be expected) It is very creamy. Not too oily after it soaks in. I like the feel. And overall, I feel much better since using it for the last week. I’ll update in a couple more weeks with any changes.

    UPDATE: It has failed to help me sleep. I will not purchase again

    I have not used it even a month now and it appears to be helping me sleep I am a post menopausal woman and I do recommend this Yam Cream. It does not have a pretty smell but more of a neutral fade quickly fragrance. It is kind of pricey but no sleep is costly also. So I do not mind paying $20 for this cream. It is a small jar but you only apply a pea size amount to your body. I apply it on my neck, alternate with breast, abdomen, back to neck, chest …
