I am really into clean eating with my own life and I was looking for a dry dog food that met my expectations on sustainability and health. My dog (an Italian greyhound) also has had issues with genetic seizures and I had heard that sometimes these things can be reduced through diet. I bought this dog food because it was grain free, and preservative free. It has healthy fats like coconut oil and fish in it, and has omega 3’s and 6’s in it. Basically it’s just good stuff and none of the bad crap that is often found in dog foods. My dogs last recorded seizure was early December 2016. I switched to this dog food in January 2017, and I haven’t recorded a seizure since he started eating this food (he used to get seizures about once every 1-2months). This has been the only variable I’ve changed in my dogs routine. He was already (and continues to be) on seizure meds, but I’ve since been able to reduce the amount he needs to be on (which is good news for his liver). Anyways, I can’t be 100% its the dog food that has helped, but its good enough for me to want to continue to purchase this brand.

Well, the ingredients were quality but my smart as a whip BC is old school, uncensored and prefers meats off my plate and staight out sunflower seeds and almonds! “What a dog” – quote from Lady and the Tramp👍🏼.
