    I have added these to my daily routine. I have been on a weight-loss journey since January and I am down 25 pounds with mostly diet, alone. I added these into my routine around May when I hit a plateau I couldn’t break through to see if they helped at all. I was anorexic in my 20’s and I have hypothyroidism, so my metabolism is shot and losing weight is very difficult for me. I also have fibromyalgia, which makes working out difficult. I can’t say these ‘work’ to boost metabolism, but I enjoy taking them. They taste good. I eat one shortly after I drink my morning coffee. I let it completely melt in my mouth before I swallow it and I wait about 15-20 minutes before I drink 16 ounces of water. I want to lose about 15 more pounds and I’ll continue to use these in my journey.

    These aren’t terrible and helped curb my appetite but with most things like this be careful when taking because it will cause you to back up or feel nauseous

    These gummies taste like a fresh apple with a sweet and sour twang. They do help suppress appetite for several hours after taking. I did notice that I had a little bit of an acid reflux reaction to these,but it was mild. I feel these gummies are a bit expensive and there are cheaper appetite suppressants on the market.

    The Metabolism Version of Olly is my all time favorite of all the flavors and attributes of the other Poly products. I love the slightly tart flavor of Apple Cider is not too bad of taste and I feel I lose a few pounds with each container.
