It’s hard to know for sure but I think I do feel more alert after chewing 1-2 pieces but maybe it’s the disgusting taste that wakes me up. The mint gum tastes terrible, I’m tempted to try the cinnamon but I’m pretty confident it’ll have the same disgusting aftertaste.
