    I got this hopeful that it could relieve some neck pain I had due to lots of computer and phone usage as part of my job. Unfortunately, as a migraine sufferer, this triggered a migraine every time I tried to use it. As soon as I’d get up, the severe pain would ease, but I ended up with a headache every time. It might work for some, maybe those without chronic migraines. Just be cautious if you’re a migraine sufferer. My husband said he’s going to try it and he doesn’t have migraines, so hopefully he’ll get some use out of it.

    Also – the nodes hurt really bad. I use acupressure mats for my neck and never have an issue, but these are placed in really odd intervals.

    Teleworking with a laptop for the last 3 years has been ruining my neck! My sore neck has been making my massage therapist really work out all my knots. I thought I’d give this a try. Can’t tell yet if it’s working but my neck does feel better after I’ve used it. I might buy one more to leave at work so I can use it on the days I’m working from the office & I won’t have to schlep this one to & from work. I did have to air it out due to the rubber smell but the smell disappeared after a few days and I was able to use it. Now that it’s summer I place a washcloth on it so I’m not sweaty laying on it.

    One of my friends had this product and raved about how it helped her “neck hump.” I have back, neck, and shoulder issues so I was curious to try it as well and I’m so glad I did! After working my way up to laying on this thing for 10 min, I do find that it provides me with relief that normal stretching does not. It’s a great tool to have if you can find the extra time to use it.
