I’ve only had this product for less than a week, so it might be premature for me to review this, but I wanted to now because I think it might be very good if it continues giving me what it’s given me so far. I will update this review should the circumstances change.

Benefits I have noticed:
– More Mental Energy/Mental Stamina
– More Mental Clarity/Higher Cognitive Functioning
– More Motivation/Drive/Goal Driven
– Better Discipline (Organization + Execution)
– Better Work Ethic (Much Less Procrastination/Laziness)
– Bit More Physical Energy
– Less Anxiety

Cons:
– Bit More Impatient
– Bit Less Social

Want to reiterate it may be premature, so I will change my review if need be but for now my take is: Ignore the negative reviews (I’m not sure if they expected instant results from first use, and gave it up after a day, but I’m guessing many of them did). Try it out, worst case you lose a little money. Best case you get all the benefits I mentioned above. If you are struggling with procrastination, mental health issues, low energy, low drive, cognitive impairment/decline – try this out (you have nothing to lose and everything to gain). It could be that we have low testosterone for whatever reason, and the nootropics in this solve that problem, thus giving us mentioned benefits.

I have tried Tongkat Ali in the past and it caused anxiety, racing mind, and insomnia. I decided to cautiously test this supplement. On day 1 I tried just one capsule, with breakfast. In about 30 minutes or so I felt more awake and energized, but it kept increasing, and I felt rather amped up and hyper all day. That night it was very hard to wind down and sleep, and I woke up too early the next day.

I waited a couple days, then tried 1/2 capsule with breakfast (this would be 25 mg Tongkat Ali). I also experienced more tachycardia, felt a bit wired most of the day, also some sleep difficulty.

I waited a couple more days and tried 1/2 capsule again, similar feelings. This may just be too strong for me. If you are prone to anxiety, a racing heart, or have sleep problems then proceed with caution.
Actually taking 1/2 a capsule of Mucuna Pruriens seems to help me better, clear the mental fog, bring energy. But not too much of that or you can get amped up and flying high. 1/2 capsule of the 500 mg (20% strength) calculates out to approximately 50 mg of L-Dopa.

Thus for me, this supplement is way too stimulating to take at the full dose, or even daily. It makes me feel like I just slammed 2 Monster drinks back-to-back, and then at night I am tired but can’t sleep.
