    I’ve been taking this for about 2 months now or 2 1/2 months and I think they work. I’ve combined them with better eating habits, and exercise like it says on the side of the bottle. You can’t just take these everyday and eat like crap and stay non active and expect them to help or to lose weight. I’ve found it to be effective, no taste, no smell. I’ll keep buying them!

    HONEST REVIEW: LEMME BURN & LEMME FOCUS

    Lemme first start off by saying, Lemme Burn is not a bad product. It gives the energy I need without feeling anxious (derived from the green tea extract) and overall, a great supplement to my already healthy lifestyle. Keep in mind though it is only a supplement and not a weight lost pill. Meaning it is something extra that can help boost your weight lost but it is not the sole reason. You will still have to eat clean and workout in order for it to supplement.

    Because I am having a good experience with Lemme burn I decided to try Lemme Focus for that extra boost in focus + energy especially since I work from home. At first, it does give you focus (it could be a combo of the product and a placebo effect) BUT over time it is not effective. The more I took Lemme Focus the more fatigued I felt. I started taking naps throughout the day and feeling super fuzzy in my brain. It almost did the exact opposite of what I wanted it to do. The only pro is that it tastes good.

    If you want energy, I recommend Lemme Burn. Lemme Focus just makes you tried over time.

    Vitamins are hit or miss for everyone. I was very skeptical to try Lemme, but to my surprise…..they work for me. I have gone through a bottle of both Glow and Burn. I did not restock right away and I immediately noticed a difference with not having Burn. My appetite was ravenous, they really did suppress hunger for me and give me a little boost in energy. My husband made a comment about how good my hair and nails look, so the Glow def worked for me too. Love the Lemme brand and will continue to try their other products.

    I spent over 2 weeks researching this product (googling all of the ingredients and the dosages level to make sure this is what it says it is). Here are my biggest findings. 1) Actiponin has real clinical claims and they are using more than the minimum requirement to make the claims they’re making. You may not realize this but most supplements do not. So many scams out there with products claiming to be the real thing but in reality the science doesn’t back it up. 2) the FDA doesn’t regulate supplements – guidelines only but you can put whatever you want into the market. Very scary so research is really the only way 3) Remember to stay focused on exactly why you bought this. This is for people who want to get rid of belly weight. Love handles, stomach rolls, all the weight you’ve carried with you for years and doesn’t come off from regular dieting or exercise.

    I should say that my insurance company does not cover this product but I think they should. Belly fat is very toxic for your body and there is so much research to back it up.

    OK, let’s talk about price. This is expensive. It’s not for every single person out there. Since I’m on a fixed income, I wanted to make sure this was something I could afford to add to my monthly budget. Here’s how I am justifying this, it’s working and therefore enhancing my life. And for that….. I’m willing to make the sacrifice for $40.00 per month (almost $500 yearly). I’ve spent thousands doing other crazier things to lose weight. The simple truth is this – this is a decision for me and one I feel really good after weeks of research. Lastly, I’m not being paid to write this review or care about the founder of this brand. If anything, that makes me not like it.

    I can’t yet tell if the are burning anything but I also have not put my workout routine into full gear yet. I gave it 4 stars because they don’t make me feel sick afterwards like most capsules do. I also like that they are vegan. I will provide a follow up in about 3 weeks.

    So I’ve been ordering these pills for the past 4 months. They work great! Although I decided to order these off of Amazon this first time around… I received the package today and I’m wondering why on earth they gave me a GIANT bottle???? No cotton in the bottle at all… normally the bottle with 60 capsules is small with cotton inside. I’m pretty skeptical on using these which is a shame. This will set me back a month if anything. 😞 I should’ve just stuck to ordering directly from their website.

    Update: 8/16/24
    I had contacted Lemme and sent a photo of this product I recently had purchased, and the notified me that they simply were not a certified store or product. Pictures: first photo shows the actual product that was off of the direct site. The right product is of what I ordered through Amazon. The smaller jar, is the Lemme certified pill.
    And look at that difference in that pill side by side… the DARKER one is the Lemme Burn and the other is I dunno what!!!! Pls do research. lemme went ahead and mailed me a bottle directly from them!

    I took these as instructed. I did feel more like I had more energy after I took them but it didn’t last all that long. It did not suppress my appetite whatsover. The packaging is attractive and it has all the right ingredients, however it did not work for me . I am highly disappointed that I missed the return window for a refund…
