Drinking my first glass. I mixed one scoop into 16 oz of water. I have the Tropical Splash version. The flavor is good, but it is way too sweet for my preference. I will still use it, but will need to mix with more water to try and counter the sweetness. While the flavor is good, you can tell it is trying to mask the earthy taste of the greens. And no matter how much I mix using an electronic whisk/frother (as suggested by many), it is still gritty. You can tell the powder sits suspended in the water, while heavier sediment sinks to the bottom of the glass. I will probably mixing it into smoothies, which should make the grittiness less noticeable.

If you tolerate sweetness masking earthy flavors and gritty drinks, it is a good option. I will continue to use and see how the health benefits are for me. I want to try the Watermelon Slush flavor next.

Edit: I am drinking this almost daily now. I tried mixing it with more water and that has helped. The sweetness is no longer unbearable. I use about 16-18oz cold water. I also stopped using a straw, so I don’t notice the grit as much. I usually only really notice it in the last couple sips, although I do mix it regularly as I drink to keep the sediment from settling at the bottom. I also drink out of a travel cup with lid. While the flavor is good, I don’t like the odor of the greens while I drink and this helps. I still haven’t receive the Watermelon Slush flavor, but look forward to it.
