I’m giving it 5 stars based on the reviews and bought these because there are so many scammers on the internet with gummies and I trust Amazon for returns. Trust me, I did days of research!

Anyway, I took these just today – on an empty stomach with no problems. Taste was fine and no stomach issues. I took them at 1:00 PM so I could eat something since I had decided to pair them with intermittent fasting but so far after an hour and a half (by 2:30) I forgot to eat something and have not been hungry. I have been working on the computer and do not feel anything weird, jittery or hunger.

So the verdict is still out and hopefully I will do an update and post how I’m doing.

Cost was very reasonable. Product did not help with weight loss. Taste of gummies were a taste and texture you need to get acclimated to. I ate 2 daily, followed good eating habits and have not seen any changes. Did not curb my appetite either. Did not work for me, may work for you???
