    I have horrible back pain because of endometriosis and I was skeptical but was pleasantly surprised how much this helped me just be able to move around. Unfortunately the adhesive is not the best if it’s in a place that is in contact with clothing and movement. Over all it a go to for endometriosis pain.

    It’s worth trying for cramps. I’m my opinion anything is worth trying once to relieve cramps pain.
