    Followed the instructions to the letter (4 pills a day, every 3 hours starting at wakeup and eating no less than an hour after an ingestion), but i changed nothing about my diet (which is already pretty well rounded) to see what effect the pills alone would have… i gained/lost 0 lbs, so no change at all.

    Would NOT buy again or recommend.

    I was looking for something to help me lose more fat. I started a diet but I hit a number on the scales that would just not shift below. I was there for a good month even though I was doing all I could. I ordered these and now I’m 5lb below it and still losing now! Great product to use with your exercise routine, my wobbly bits are less wobbly! 😁

     I’ve been using Instant Knockout for almost 3 months, and it has exceeded all expectations. My hunger cravings have massively reduced between meals, excess fat has finally gone, whilst energy levels have increased.

    The caffeine content works great as a pre-workout. Green tea extracts keeps my appetite surpessed, and the cayenne peppers make you sweat up a sweat quicker in the gym.

    An awesome product that does exactly what it says if used in conjunction with a good diet and exercise plan – highly recommended.

    I only used these for two weeks due to extreme cramping so I started doing 3 day smoothy fast with light hiit and weight training and drinking about a gallon of water a day I dropped five pounds in a week

    It’s been 1 month since I included Instant Knockout into my daily routine. With a steady, not-so-strict diet, working out 4-5 days a week a little cardio I’ve managed to drop 16lbs so far and counting. Time to re-up!!!

    After reading about this product for years, I decided to give it a go.

    First I must say I used Animal cuts fat burners (on and off for 3 years) and got very good results. However, I think my body was getting used to it, therefore the effects wasn’t the same anymore. I also found out they changed the formula. So I decided it was time to try something new.

    Instant knockout cuts, I have read and seen this product online for years.

    All I can say it has zero effect on me, everything they claimed it would do, it didn’t.

    I felt hungry, I had no extra boost, I did not sweat, (I sweat a huge amount very easily).

    I haven’t finished the bottle yet, so far it’s been a very expensive waste of money.
