Works well for what it is intended. Definitely do not want to take more than what is recommended. It took a day and a half before the full effect but works well after that. Did not make me feel bloated like some other products of the same nature.

I contemplated a few months before purchasing this product then finally i did and i must say it hasnt really worked for me my stools were just softer and i had a bowel movement perhaps twice or three times a day at most it does give your tummy a griping pain before you have the urge to go..but i didnt see or feel a difference in my weight skin or digestion..it had me passing alot of gas also but its not worth it.. best advice save your money cut back your portions stay away from sugar and drink lots of water.
