    Not the quality I would expect. The wooden board was scratched up so there was no finish on the top of the board where the handle goes. The wooden board looks and feels really cheap. It feels rough like it wasn’t sanded properly and there is a large mark where they must have let the stain pool. There is also groove marks like it was used. I could have done a better job in my 7th grade industrial arts class. Going to return this and find better quality.

    木のプレートは雑に扱うと割れそうです。
    使用後、それなりに手入れ（汚れた部分を拭く、乾かす等）をすれば問題なさそうです。
    この値段なら安い買い物です。

    I love these sizzle plates!

    I pop them in the oven at 400 degrees. Then add fajita meat.

    It sizzles, keeps your fajitas piping hot and the wooden plate keeps surfaces from getting scorched.

    I bought four and have already used them several times.

    They are small. So if you like a lot of food, this is not the plate for you.

    Easy to use. Just let the iron on the grill to heat while cooking. The handle and wood are set aside and ready to handle after food is put on the iron. It sits right on the table being protected by the wood base. Meat stays hot a long time.

    The cast iron is fine. The removable handle is heavy (in a good way) and of good quality.

    I like the size of the cast iron plates. I was worried about size since many reviews of other cast iron plates complained about the size being too small to fit anything beyond a medium size steak.

    I ordered two of these plates, but one of the wood plates were chipped and scratched. I was entertaining that night, so I tried to sand and stain the wood. Still doesn’t look great but probably too late to return the item.

    Cast iron = 5 stars
    Wood plate = 1 star

    I love these plates for meat dishes I need hot plates for. Good, heavy cast iron plates. I ordered two more later and for some reason the bases were changed to a much lighter wood and the plates don’t fit quite as well. Still really like them and use them often.

    レビューにもあるが確かに木の受け皿が直ぐにパキッてヒビが入った。真っ二つには割れないが逆にこの状態でテーブルまで持っていくのが怖い、、
    鉄板はジュウジュウになってる訳で、、持ってく時に真っ二つになったらとら思うと、、
    大火傷だし、、ステーキ落ちてまうし、、
    うーん。星３つは無いかな、、しかし！！
    鉄板は抜群！！店で食べるのと変わらないステーキが食べれる！
    評価に悩むが値段安いし木の受け皿はオマケで考えれば使えるは使える。
    ただ皆様マジで一瞬で割れるので木の受け皿をハンドタオルで持つ等怪我をしないよう気をつけて下さいね。

    追記。使用開始して二ヶ月で異変が、、お腹痛いです。焼いてる時に錆び？か、何か分からないけど茶色いのが出てきたが気にしないでステーキ食べたら腹痛い、、自分が悪いのか、、個人の意見です。参考までに。。。

    These cast iron individual serving plates are perfect for any hot food. Large size to hold a serving of a dish and small enough to use as a personal plate. Two cast iron plates with a wooden base for each for a great price! The handle is removable as well. I found this to be a added bonus, not having to fear touching a hot handle.
