    I have noticed it has helped my mood so much. I have bought a lot of bottles and will keep doing so. Also the taste is very good as well. Nothing compared to the Walmart one.

    As someone who struggles with high stress and extreme emotions, I enjoyed this. I’m not currently on any medication, but this worked well for me. I felt more at ease, less quick to anger, and generally in a better mood. In no way did I feel numb. My quality of life felt better. The taste is great and the texture is fine. Just like gummy vitamins.

    First and foremost these things are delicious. They nailed it on the head in the taste department. Unfortunately, the side effects for me personally were not pleasant and took a while to get out of the system. I’m not saying it’s not a good product for others, but for me it’s a hard no due to the side effects. As another reviewer put it, rather strong “digestive issues”. Hopefully works better for the next person.

    These gummies taste really well, as long as giving a good boost of energy. They taste so great and melt in your mouth, they aren’t sticky, the bottle is great quality and they are about the size of a raspberry.

    I was not sleeping well and I tried many different products but none worked very well. Goli ashwagandha gummies worked really well. I fell asleep faster and slept longer. If I woke in the middle of the night which I do every night, I would fall back asleep quickly. I started getting at least 7 hours of sleep or more. I highly recommend trying this product.
