GHOST Whey Protein Powder in Coffee Ice Cream flavor is a standout choice for coffee lovers and fitness enthusiasts alike. If you break it down Ghost Whey is a good pick for low-carb diets, low-fat diets, and low-calorie diets alike. The flavor profile is rich and indulgent, offering a delightful mix of creamy coffee with a hint of ice cream sweetness that makes each shake feel like a treat.

The powder mixes very easily with water or milk, creating a smooth, clump-free texture which is awesome given that it’s soy-free. With 25 grams of protein per serving, it supports muscle recovery effectively without being overly heavy.

The only minor downside that I could think of is that the flavors might be a bit too sweet for those who prefer a more neutral taste. But if you enjoy the flavors that Ghost produces, then you won’t be disappointed. Overall, it’s a high-quality, delicious, a great anytime mix of protein powder that makes hitting your protein goals a bit more enjoyable. I will continue to be a customer.

Honestly this stuff tastes great but at a little over $2 a serving it makes this product 3 stars. They need to sell a 60 serving tub for closer to $1.60 a serving or under and this would easily be a 5 star product.
Other might disagree and more power to them if they can justify paying over $2 for a scoop. Plenty of other companies manage to make protein and sell it around the $1 mark or closer to the $1.60 mark per scoop. It is an influencer brand protein powder though so I guess that’s why it’s high priced. I’d only get this when it’s on a sale.
