I thought I was going to love this stroller after doing research. I received the stroller in a damaged box and then after assembling it and hearing wheels lock into place took my dog on a walk. After 10 min the left wheel came completely off and now do not want to put my dog in it with a wheel that falls of.

Just received my stroller. Was extremely disappointed when I opened it and realized it was NOT what I ordered. Website description states “No Zip Closure” this one did have a zipper closure; not a latch as stated. Very disappointed.

Love this stroller!! We’ve tried about 4 different ones over the years but this is our favourite. Very well made and quite durable. We take our two 11 lbs senior dogs everywhere we can and they love going for rides in this stroller. Steers very well and is easy to push. Cup holders are great and it’s not bulky like other strollers. The only issue is the padding inside the stroller, it was ripped when we where got it and just got worst until we had to throw it out. It’s our own fault for not asking for a replacement, we just didn’t want the hassle of a return. Otherwise this stroller is the best one we’ve had!

I have purchased several pet strollers and this is the first one that I thought was well made and worth the money. My only issue is that due to the high quality material used on this stroller, it’s heavier and seems to be a bit large. However, it the description is accurate and you get what you pay for with this stroller.

This product is wonderful. I researched pet strollers for a month before settling on the Monaco. I’m so happy I purchased this model. It is a smooth ride for my two Pomeranians. (5 lbs and 7 lbs) If you are on the fence of whether or not to purchase a stroller…. just ask yourself. Do I get tired of switching my pet’s carrier from shoulder to shoulder? Do I often find myself setting the carrier down to take a mini break? Am I frequently nervous when I walk my dog in a crowded area? or Do I wish I could take my pet with me more often but dread the idea of taking them in and out of the car and carrying them around? If you answered yes to any of the questions, you should get a stroller. This one checks off all of the necessities. It’s keeps your pet safe and secure. It rolls smoothly. It folds down with one hand. It comes in attractive colors. It has a removable basket for storage and it has a cup holder and a small covered storage area for your keys/phone/ wallet. You can’t go wrong with the Monaco!

I bought this stroller to bring my 2 (mostly indoor) cats on walks with me so they can get some fresh air and experience new sights and smells. Before I bought the stroller I was concerned about whether they would enjoy it or not, if you have that concern also, it depends on their individual personalities. My black cat (Sofie) is a control freak and hates being held, refuses to be walked on a leash and screams bloody murder if we try to put her in a carrier, unsurprisingly she also hates riding in the stroller. My brown cat (Blaize) is much more go-with-the-flow and doesn’t mind being held, walks on a leash almost daily, loves exploring and he does well riding in the stroller, although I’ve had to ease him into it slowly, each day going for walks just slightly further from home.
The stroller itself has plenty of room for 2 cats or small dogs and they sometimes nap in it together, although the one time I took them outside together, Sofie had a meltdown and started hissing, growling and thrashing around which stressed Blaize out. I can tell from that experience that the lock works very well and there’s no danger of your cat accidentally escaping while out on a walk.
The “padding” that comes inside the stroller is completely useless, it’s more like a thin blanket. I put some fleece blankets down to add more of a cushion but have recently started using a memory foam pillow with the fleece blankets on top of that to absorb some of the shock. When I bought the stroller I was under the impression that it had some sort of shock absorber in the wheels but it does not. We don’t have sidewalks in our neighborhood and strolling on the asphalt is very bumpy!
If you live in a cold or rainy climate I suggest buying the “Comfy Baby! Universal Stroller Weather Shield” it’s a perfect fit for this stroller (picture attached).
As others have said the stroller is light, it folds up easily and seems to be very sturdy. The mesh screen is thick enough that my cats haven’t ripped it despite clawing at it. A big reason I bought this stroller was because I read several reviews about another brand’s wheels falling off. The wheels on this stroller are attached securely and I don’t see any indication that it will be a problem for this stroller.
Overall I’m happy with the purchase, my only complaint is that I wish the wheels absorbed shock better and it would be nice if it came with some padding.

Rewriting this review since purchase a year ago. I was initially thrilled and raving about this product. It was fantastic but I had just one issue – the fabric started tearing at the seams. So I needed to rewrite and re-rate this product and I now give it 3.5 stars. I still think the frame is sturdy. I took it on snow, gravel and trails and the stroller held up really well. However, once there was a small tear at the seam of the holding compartment, it just kept expanding and tearing even more. I tried duct and gorilla tapes but it was a temporary fix. It’s a shame because the company sells replacement wheels and the frame is still in excellent condition but the holding compartment at the base is all torn, making it unusable. If this product is still being manufactured I would recommend using good quality Oxford cloth. For $300, the fabric should last longer.

I love this stroller! It is very light and easy to open and close so I feel safe getting in and out of my car quickly. It pushes so well and maneuvers corners and tight spaces. The little storage basket underneath is large and accommodates all of my dog’s items but also fits my purse and a few light shopping purchases. The drink holders are super handy as it the little compartment between the cup holders…I put my phone in there. It was a bit expensive but worth every penny in thought-out details and light-weight construction.

I never thought I’d be one of “those” people. But when our little puggy girl’s hind legs just couldn’t perform as they used to, we got this so she could still enjoy the longer walks with her brother pug. It’s also great when we want to go many miles or the weather is just too warm for them to go too far. It’s held up well and is decently built. The little pad it comes with is pretty hokey, but we just use one of their favorite blankets anyway. Overall, I’m very pleased and am getting used to the odd looks when people realize it’s dogs in the stroller, not a human baby, lol!
