I eat beets in my salads and food. I love the taste and they are an excellent source of energy and heart healthy. I purchased these because my son doesn’t like beets. He loves these chewable beets and eats them daily. I recommend them highly. Great taste and excellent price.

Flavor is very strong and first then mellows out to almost a red raspberry flavor. Not too bad. Texture, however, is going to take some getting used to. It’s gritty and has almost a crumbly feeling in your mouth. Softer than a gummy bear. Not a fan.

I’ve only been taking it for 2 days, so can’t comment on performance yet. Seems to be fine on my stomach – easy to eat and digest.
