I put these on a 2001 Accord LX V6 with 214K miles on the original struts. First, the symptoms I noticed from the original struts were mainly just a hard ride. The car did not bounce excessively or anything like that. I did the front pair first and then the rear a few weeks later. I have been very happy with the results. The built quality on the struts looks good and there was no problem with the fit. Concerning installation, that was a bit of a wrestling match. On the front, they unbolt easily enough but it takes a bit of turning and trying to get them out, and likewise getting the new ones in. Maybe there is a trick I don’t know about. The rears came out easy once the stabilizer bar is unbolted. Also I had a concern on the front that they spec the same part number for the 4 cylinder as the 6 even though the six is heaver. The springs themselves are thinner than the original Honda. None of this has been a problem. The car sits evenly. The ride is less harsh, though still somewhat, especially on the rear (the car that is, not mine). It does corner better and overall ride improvement. I would purchase again. Can’t say how they will hold up long term.

A month later it was already squeaking especially when I come out of parking lots. I can’t speak to assembly because my mechanic did it but he didn’t report any issues to me
