This energy drink gives the best pick me up with no crash! Instead of getting that cracked out feeling, I gain actually focus. AND…. The flavors are absolutely delicious! My favorites have to be the original and the orange mood!

I love these energy drinks. Sometimes I get that jittery anxiety feeling from others but these not at all! Even on an empty stomach. I will say these make me feel the most focused so I love them before I start a project at work or a workout. Idk what it is about these but I actually can zone in on what I am doing even if there is distractions around me. The red is my favorite flavor it’s like a cream soda with a slight berry, I’m not sure how to explain it. The green can is also my favorite, the tropical is prob third (weird after taste).

This is how I received my package and there is no way to get my money back or a replacement.

When I first heard of F3 energy, I was scrolling on Twitter and saw that many people liked it, so I decided to order my own, and damn, these things are delicious, especially the Tropical Theory!! It’s hard to explain the taste, but it just feels right. On top of that, it gives me enough energy for my streams while keeping me energized for after-stream activities like editing, and the best part is that it doesn’t lead to a hard crash. Overall, F3 Energy is doing it right.

Overall this was a pretty solid energy drink. It performed at minimum as expected. I didn’t really notice any benefits above and beyond from their ginseng/bcaa/l-theanine and ginkgo cocktail. So looking at them, this brand has a bunch of drinks that vary wildly, and some of them don’t contain caffeine/are supplement drinks. Most supplements require extended duration use to see a benefit, at least a month or so is pretty common. You would have to ingest one of these day for awhile to see a full spectrum of potential benefits. That’s a pretty big ask. The one ingredient I really appreciate here is the l-theanine.
The flavor on these… it’s kind of hilarious. I take ginseng, I do an extract as tea. I can tolerate the flavor pretty well. Finding a ginseng flavor in an energy drink? It hanging around with BCAA as an aftertaste? Oh honey. I don’t hate these, they’re passable. I can drink them. I might buy them individually for a lower quantity of caffeine sourced from green tea (125mg) than a ton of energy drinks on the market now. It’s not a blend I generally disapprove of. A lot of people will be concerned about the sucralose. My concern is …a majority of these ingredients haven’t been proven to have a short term benefit, so either the expectation is that you commit to a regime of these as a daily intake product (I would never, that’s way too much) or just empty marketing.
I think broadly though, these aren’t it for me. There are better formulated and cleaner drinks.

Best substitute for an afternoon cup of coffee. Gets me going all days. Not exactly cheap but comparable I suppose to a large coke. And this doesn’t have sugar added, I think.

I gave F3 Energy a whirl, and let’s just say it turned me from a tired sloth into a turbocharged cheetah! This stuff made my taste buds do the cha-cha, and my energy levels skyrocketed faster than a SpaceX launch. Five stars for this liquid lightning! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
P.S: It was so good that I took it on a date to a pumpkin patch. We even got a chance to frolic through the fields. 🥰

I honestly got hooked on the Tropical Theory Energy first. But since I ordered 3 of the same cases I thought I should diversify and try other flavors! I picked up some non caffeinated F3’s the orange and peach mood and enjoyed those so much as well! For the best taste and overall experience I would recommend having your drinks chilled! If you are not too antsy to just try it out of the case! There is no weird aftertaste it is something I see myself drinking into the future. Packaging always is well done and the shipping is insanely fast. If I had to tell someone what flavor they should get first I would say Tropical Theory! Excited for new flavors to launch.
