    Light charged but did not work. If you’re not in shape swinging the hoop is near impossible. The sand bag stops and hits you. Catches on everything. Not smooth and click sound is not pleasant. I really wanted to like it and use it. Came with defective light and again if you’re not fit, it’s uncomfortable on hips and back. The marks it leaves are pinches. Easy to put together but broken light. Only for someone fit with an very active life style. Yes it’s loud and that sand bag for weight, hurts just as much as the hoop when it repeatedly stops and pinches you. Wore a shirt as recommended, it didn’t help. Returned for light defect and failed to stand up to description. Wouldn’t recommend.

    I have a severe double scoliosis and was unable to use this. But my 72 year old husband with his straight spine could do it effortlessly! So he can use it. I just caution anyone who has spinal problems or an uneven spine like I do that it may not work.
