Being powered by a regular wall outlet is the best thing about the unit. Makes for super easy install. Running great for 2 months now.

First off I love that these units can just plug into a normal wall outlet. I was trying to avoid getting any major electrical work donevand these fit the bill.
I bought 3 of these to help cool my upstairs bedrooms when my HVAC system can’t keep up on hot days and so far they’ve been working great.
Install was very simple. There’s some YouTube videos out there that show and explain the entire setup. The part I was most worried about was ensuring I vacuumed all of the air from the lines but after buying all of the recommended equipment from Harbor Freight (I bought an air powered vacuum pump instead of the $99 one the videos recommend) and an R-410a adapter from Amazon, away I went getting everything ready to go.
I’ve had my 3 units running off and on for about a month now as of writing this and I’d totally recommend them if you want a cheap unit that does what it says on the box.
One complaint I do have is the indoor unit display is very bright if you forget to turn off the display before going to sleep but that’s just a minor inconvenience.

I just finished installing mine on our camper and I am pretty happy with the unit so far. I’m in FL, and the unit is doing an adequate job at cooling the camper mid-summer. The instructions were not great, but it’s pretty easy to install if you understand AC units. I’ll update the review if there are any issues.
– There is a website, but it’s not very helpful. I didn’t call or email the company so I can’t say how their customer support is.
A few responses to other reviews I have seen:
– Yes, it can show Fahrenheit instead of Celsius. You need to hold both the up/down or +/- buttons for 5 seconds on the remote. This will change the settings.
– Yes, it does come precharged. After pulling a vacuum on the lines (make sure you depress or remove the Schrader valve), you need to open both valves on the outside unit. Back both valves out with an allan key until they stop.

So this unit runs off of a 120 wall outlet that the inside unit plugs into. So that will save you the trouble of hard wiring it like other units I looked at. Install took a full day and wasn’t hard at all. The indoor and outdoor unit are both super quiet. Since ive installed it it has been very hot low 90s and humid and it’s had no problem cooling around 800sq ft. I did get it setup on my Alexa and it works great. I decided against using the nylog sealer on the refrigerat lines and didnt have any leaks. I did buy a cheap vacuum pump to clean out the refrigerant lines before releasing the refrigerant. So far I love this unit time will tell with the longevity of it. I also choose to install it under my deck so it would be somewhat protected from the elements. Also it doesn’t stay in Celsius if you hold the + and – on the remote for 5 seconds in switches everything to fahrenheit

It’s great for the price. Cools a large capacity and has a remote that goes with it. It’s not loud at all and is very good for how well it cools. Also my power bill dropped a little from using this.

This is the 4th split system I installed. First time this brand. This plugs directly to wall outlet inside to power the system rather then outside like the rest of the ones I have. Not a big deal, in a way convenient however not sure if this passes code in some areas or states.
WIFI only connects to 2.4Ghz network. My office network was only setup for 5 GHz, had to enable 2.4 GHz network, again, no big deal. Once connected, app works great. Able to control fully from on and off network.
The lineset is the same length as other units
The inside unit displays icon when the compressor is running, I like that feature. None of my other units show that.
Overall system works great. No problem cooling a 24*20 room.
Comparing to the other units I have, this is is little noisy, however still quieter than a window unit.

My husband installed this, easy installation. Vacuumed the lineset and it does not get cool at all. Unfortunately I cannot send back because it was ordered in Feb and he just got a chance to install. 600 paperweight
