    When first tried this plumbing lip-gloss, I applied as others on the market had instructed-full lip-doing so with little effect for the first week or two and only so-so afterward but certainly NOT as promised. (wait for it) So, I went back to the video to watch the application (not the make-up artist) and I noticed the make-up artist applied the City Beauty City Lips Plumbing Gloss to the outline of the lip first, specifically as you would a lipliner to the upper and lower lip making sure to address the tip top of the upper lip of cupid’s bow, then finishing with a smoosh or smacking of the lips together afterward. WOW! the result an amazing difference. Just as promised, enhance lip volume and smooth fine lines to create a fuller looking lip! I highly recommend City Beauty City Lips-plumbing lip gloss, it is as no other!

    I love City Lips. I used to use it a long time ago, and ran out. I couldn’t bring myself to spend over 30 bucks on a lip gloss but then caved and tried it again. I love this stuff. It does what it says, plumps up your lips nicely and give a nice sheen. It does tingle when you put it on, but that’s how you know its working. I like to apply lip liner first then put on a light amount of the lip plumper and that is it. One tube lasts a good amount of time. I use it pretty often and one tube has seen me through almost 6 months now. I’m a licensed cosmetologist so I’ve tried a lot of different lip plumper glosses over the years (Victoria’s secret, Buxum, MAC, Dior, Lush.. etc) this one is the best.

    Sadly to say. It just doesn’t work as it should ( like the ad says). I saw no, zero, nada difference. Too bad . I was hoping I was going to use a product for once that lives up to it’s claim. Still though, it’s a decent lip gloss that is pretty. Just no plumping….. wah!

    Texture good. Taste fine. Moisturizes. High shine. Good size. Does not plump lips like I thought it was supposed to-like not at all. Love rare color. Costs too much for me to buy again but quality wise I would, I just can’t see paying over 30 bucks for lip gloss but idk

    I was really looking forward to trying this as I have very thin lips. Absolutely nothing. No plumping no fullness. So, I spent all that money for nothing. If I wanted regular lip glass I would have pain $1 at the dollar tree. Do not buy. Waste of money big time.

    I have purchased city lips this is my third time, I think that they do some plumping but not like on the videos I’ve watched I will continue to purchase the product it’s better than nothing
