They work great as most reviews say, it stretches you very nicely and feels amazing. Hurts a little the first few time but is tolerable but the more you use them and improve your form, the more you get used to it of course. It’s now a part of my daily routine and it’s just awesome. Just remember, it’s not a magic pill and won’t fix your back overnight. Use it 2-3 times a day, get a good slow stretch and over time it will increase your flexibility and blood flow and relieve muscle tension and you’ll feel better.
My only issue is I just don’t see these lasting very long. I’m certain they are just molded ABS plastic and while they do hold my 185lbs up, it’s only a matter of time because while ABS is slightly ductile and pretty strong it is extremely prone to stress cracks which is likely why so many people have them break… I am confident one day the bigger wheel is going to snap, I just do not trust the material they used and it was a poor choice but it’s also much cheaper to use than a more ideal polymer. These need to be made out of fiberglass reinforced nylon (PA6) or something similar that is much more “plastic” (as in can withstand a little plastic deformation without cracking and breaking), it needs some give and that is no doubt why many people have them break over time. This plastic will obviously just snap once it forms stress cracks which will happen with use and time because, that’s simply what ABS does. I actually decided I am going to make a cross section in the center to add some strength to it. I do NOT want to fall on this thing when it does decide to snap, ouch.
I just realized now that I’ve said that, I remember their newer version does have a reinforced bar through it, go figure! Same cheap plastic, but at least the issue was addressed but they should all have this.

After using this to straighten my spine, it does what it suppose to and I have better back posture!
THANKS, CHIRP!

I sue this to roll out on my back and also for ab work. Place your feet hooked under a dresser or your bed frame, and place one of the wheels behind your back for stability and perform situps. Also crunches while balancing on the larger Chirp wheel; even oblique crunches if you have the balance, though it’s not difficult to figure that out. Great product.

I got this for a pretty good discount on Father’s Day. I am a person with some pretty bad back problems. For me the wheels are very painful, so I find it hard to relax for the most effectiveness. However, they do work and relieve pain.
Just last night I threw out my lower back somehow and was having difficulty walking, sitting, or standing. After stretching for 10 minutes I tried the biggest wheel to realign the spine where the issues were. The big wheel wasn’t effective, so I tried the 6” wheel, same thing. I then used the 4” wheel and after about 5 very cautious slow controlled minutes, I relaxed enough to get the 4” wheel to move the the vertebrae back into place with a great deal of pain. Today, my lower back hurts and is stiff, but at least I can walk and do everything as normal. Will just need to sit in a hot bath or something to relax the muscles and reduce soreness.
I can attest that the product works. But just be cautious that it can be painful, especially if you have bulging/herniated discs and fractured vertebrae like I do. But it does help, it’s just not gentle.

I saw this on shark tank and decided to try it out. Love it, have to use it everyday especially around my shoulder area I’m not sure if it’s intended for that area but really helps release tension. My husband loves it for his back which is the actual purpose of this tool.

OMG this thing works, im now tempted to get the smaller ones. works especially well if i lock my fingers behind my head and pull my head forward bringing my chin to my chest when it is positioned between my shoulder blades.
in the wise words of aldo the apache “I’d make that deal, damn good deal!”

Though this doesn’t entirely replace the chiropractor – it certainly helps with my upper back pain, and cracks the vertebrae between my shoulder blades. It is the best spine wheel I’ve used.
Also – I learned the hard way that this is quite unstable on plush or shaggy carpets. It is best on a hardwood floor or a firm, tight-knit carpet. I used this on my bedroom plush carpeted floor and fell over lol.

This thing is amazing. It cracked the spot that chiropractos couldn’t get. Instant relief from about a year of pain. Even more asking is the stretch it gives your back. It’s euphoric.
Only single issue I have is that if you’re not careful with your long hair, it will pull all out if your head. It gets stuck under the roller as you’re moving. But that’s easily fixed by putting your hair up or tucking it into your shirt.
Love this thing.

I wasn’t planning on doing a review of this until at least after a month of using it. But at 10 days in, I’m noticing a huge difference. I’m in my early 40s but with my back issues, I always felt like I was at least 87! Ibuprofen became a meal, 3 times a day (at least). I would need at least 7 minutes to get out of bed. My 19 year old daughter would have to always stay close by so she could walk on my back when needed (she’s that perfect size!). But it got to a point where she couldn’t get the cracks I really needed. And then there’s my lower back. It often feels like a community of tiny little elves having an extreme kick boxing tournament using my spine and tailbone and whatever else they can find to beat the heck out of, all while massive pressure builds up to the point of needing to explode, but the explosion never happens. Or maybe even an Angry Elf Fight Club. It’s just plain awful. A few days before I finally decided to order this, we were attempting to clean out and organize our basement. I don’t know why I insisted on inflicting this hell upon myself. A few days in and I couldn’t move. My daughter was out of town, so I had no one to attempt the back walk. I was desperate. So I ordered the entire set and continued to chow down on bottles of ibuprofen, waiting out my 2 days of shipping in severe pain. The day it finally came, I opened the box and immediately started using it. I started with the biggest wheel. It did nothing but hurt. I moved on to the next one. Nothing. At this point, I’m feeling somewhat sick to my stomach. Why did I spend so much for something that’s doing absolutely nothing for me?! I move on to the next size down. Still feeling pain. BUT……my back started cracking! It sounded like someone lit an entire pack of firecrackers and put them in a metal container! And it just kept going! I thought I was dreaming! I still felt fairly stiff, but not near as bad. I used it one more time that evening, working my way through the 3 back wheels. I don’t really have neck issues, so I’m not too concerned about using the smallest one just yet. The next day, I use them within 20 minutes of waking up. And a few more times throughout the day. Same thing the following day. With each day, I felt better and better. Eight days in and I almost cried myself to sleep because of how good I felt. I had 3 pops that evening that I felt like needed to happen for at least a decade. And they finally happened. I never thought I’d be emotional over a pop/crack in my back! Even the several chiropractors I’d been to couldn’t make that happen! I thought it was just a constant pain I’d have to live with until the end. I’m still in disbelief! Now at 10 days in and I can get right up out of bed, I can make it through an entire day at work without gobbling down pain meds. My tiny community of the angry little elves in my lower back? Well, most of them have either moved on or met their demise! There are a few still lingering, but I’m very optimistic that they’ll be joining the others at some point soon! My back doesn’t feel like that of an almost crippled 87 year old. I’ve got it feeling like my actual age. Possibly even younger! Even my coworkers have noticed a difference! Apparently I was quite miserable and wanted everyone around me to be miserable! My entire attitude has changed!
I’m not going to lie, there is still some pain experienced when using. The sides that are supposed to massage you? Yea, they tend to hurt! But after a few days, it was almost like a really good feeling pain. I look forward to feeling that pain, because I know it’ll be worth it! I have been Journaling my progress. And I really thought it would take months to feel so good. I cannot even imagine how amazing I’ll feel in the next few months! I can almost feel the way it stretches my back. I had no idea that’s what I needed! Every doctor I’ve gone to just wants to put me on pain meds. I don’t want pain meds. I want to feel good naturally. And I think this is it. This is what I needed. This is my medicine. My new addiction!
Something like this may not be for everyone, but I would absolutely recommend it to everyone!
Thank you Chirp. For being the game changer I needed and helping to improve the quality of my life😊

Only had them a few days and loving them. The thicker padding & contour and no spine pressure. I use all sizes on back. Small helps lower back & neck. Mid size is great for mid back to loosen tight muscles. Large is nice for gentle stretch. Own other brands including original set from Plexus they work well but these are a step above. Contour & padding make the difference. Only issue is padding separates from roller after time so you have to re glue it back on.
