    They were easy to swallow but did not work for my hot flashes

    I used it for 9 consecutive days and noticed that it made the nightly hot flashes worse, and woke up more frequently than I did before. Once I stopped the supplement, I only woke up the once per night, like before.

    Normally, this product is not returnable. However, after contacting Amazon’s customer service, they were very sympathetic and was able to refund my purchase.

    Unfortunately I cannot give this a good review. It did not work for me. It actually made the night sweats worse. That could just be me so I can’t say that the same thing would happen to somebody else. My body does tend to act oddly to different kinds of medicines. But I can’t in good faith give it a good review if it didn’t work for me.

    This vitamin does exactly what it says. I don’t have any night sweats and I sleep so good every night even when I’m not extremely tired I still get a good night sleep. I’ll keep purchasing.
