These pans are super stylish. I love the material, the style, and the color. They’re so nice looking, I added wall hooks to keep them on display when not in use. They’re easy to cook in and even easier to clean. I’ve had no issues with food sticking at all. Everything wipes out super easily.

They have a nice feel to them. Much heavier than typical aluminum pans, which allow them to heat more evenly and stay in place while in use. Some of our smaller nonstick pans were off balance due to the handle being heavier than the pan itself. These CAROTE pans don’t have that issue at all.

The included utensils are heavy as well. They have a nice feel to them.

They’re great pans for the price. I enjoy each piece of this set. It’s a great addition to your own kitchen, or would make an amazing gift for somebody.

“I am updating my review from 1 to 3 stars only because after quite some time I finally had Carote asking how to make the experience better and offered a refund. The pans are beautiful. However mine still have defects in both sets I was shipped. (I returned a set and kept the “least” defective of the two sets).Hopefully this was a fluke and doesn’t happen often. Please double check your products before keeping them just in case. I would still like to use the pans to see how well they function when used for cooking. This review is strictly based on cosmetic and the make of the initial product. My biggest concern when using the pans is that the defective areas will wear out and peel. I will update again later when I know.”

Received my pan set with multiple defects. Such as coating defects, chips in the pans themselves before being coated. And chips in the coating where it was starting to peel off. A big dent in the side of a pot. Multiple scuff marks. Bubbling in multiple places in the coating. I contacted Carote customer service and Amazon. Amazon responded first offering to send another set in return of the other set. When the 2nd set arrived, I noticed more defects in the “new” set of pans. Carote customer service emailed me asking for pictures, my address, what was wrong with the pans, etc. I sent pictures and the information they asked me for. The response in return was:

Dear Customer,

Thank you for getting back to us with detailed information provided.
We are truly sorry to see all these happened, but please don’t worry, we will address this issue for you.
We would love to reissue a complete set of products to you but unfortunately our reissue warehouse does not have this in stock. In order to solve your problem you can contact Amazon staff to solve this problem for you. They will reissue new products for you for free.

This response upset me due to the fact that I had already contacted Amazon and gave Carote all the information they were seeking just for them to NOT be of any help. I was originally excited to order these pans because they appeared to be beautiful and had good reviews. I was highly disappointed not once, but twice as the “replacement set” was full of defects as well. And I noticed many differences between the 2 sets as in how the SAME pans in each set were made different. Some with different handles. The egg pans were very different in both sets as well. I will not be buying from this company again. The customer service provided was just as bad as the quality of the pans I received.

I posted a handful of photos with the defects, but didn’t bother to take photos of the 2nd set set pans and their defects.
