Callaway makes Edge for Costco, no factory warranty unless returned through Costco. Since this was purchased through Amazon, Callaway Golf can’t assist with factory warranty claim either. Callaway Golf representative was surprised I purchased this off Amazon.
Response from seller, “Hello, the customer ordered this order in August, and it is now January 3rd. This is the customer’s own broken one. It has been four months, and it has nothing to do with my product. Thank you.“
4 month old driver I’ve played 6 rounds and 4 range visits now cracked.
