    This is a great product. My husband and I use this everyday and really helps with keeping your body and digestive system in check. I would recommend this product to anyone in search of a good probiotic.

    The first week or so, I had really bad headaches and these supplements were the newest addition so it couldn’t have been anything else. It worked on my bloated for the first week as well but now that I’ve been taking it for 2 months, I’d say it’s not that effective. I haven’t noticed as substantial bloating but I definitely still bloat. Maybe it’s worth your money? I’d say probably not though as my energy didn’t go up, it’s hard to tell if it even did anything and it is definitely a big pill that’s not that easy to swallow.

    Holy cow!! I waited to order these because of the price but the hype was intriguing. I started taking them and the diarrhea was almost instant. When I say instant, I would be in the bathroom with diarrhea with in a couple hours of taking. TMI (sometimes parts of the pills would come through not completely dissolved). I was for the most part regular before I took these. I was looking at good gut health because of my age, mid 40’s, and recent weight gain. I did not have diarrhea before I started taking them but sometimes depending on where I am in my cycle it can cause constipation or diarrhea. I tried to stay on it for a couple of weeks just to try to get it in my system. I was so glad when I stopped them and the diarrhea stopped. I was to the point that I was afraid to leave the house and thought something was seriously wrong. I do not recommend you take these unless you are suffering from constipation or they are recommended by a physician. Holy crap (literally ) if did not know 2 little pills could be so awful to your body. Be careful people!!!!
