    i bought this about 4 months ago but i wanted to wait until i’ve been using it for a good time period to give an unbiased review. first things first, it tastes fine. i drink mine in the morning with tea or melted in warm milk with cereal. i love the flavor it adds to both honestly. secondly, i was not consistent during the 4 months, i used it daily for about 2 & a half months then i got a bit inconsistent using it for most of the week but some days i’d slack off, now i’ve been taking it daily for about 3 weeks but currently using a local Shilajit powder, that now i now can confirm is good, but this resin is THE best in terms of dosage, storage, & convenience. now for my side effects; all positive. better quality of sleep; i can sleep max 5/6 hours & wake up feeling super energized & ready to start my days, mental clarity; i am already a very positive person but since taking this i’ve been more logical, strategic, analytical, & organized. i do get it bad moods occasionally but i never stay in them. i wouldn’t say it produces a high feeling but the feeling of no heavy thoughts may feel different for someone who is not used to it. 10/10 supplement & i will be taking it for life. shoutout to fulvic acid & the himalayas!

    I have had a different brand in the past so am aware of the benefits and this one is softer and easier to get out of the jar, I didn’t have to wrestle it like the last brand but it’s not runny. I believe this brand has a higher fulvic acid content (75% v 60%) so will be interesting to see if I feel it more beneficial.

    I ordered it again as I was feeling absolutely washed out recently combination of stress and hormones and even this is only day 2 I do feel less dead inside.

    Dissolves well in my favourite coffee (although I believe its not the best way to take it). I will use it all but dear lord it smells pretty vile and doesn’t taste much better. If you have ever had a dog that rolled in fox/badger poop that’s pretty much the smell, hit me right in the gag reflex when I first added the water.

    I recommend sticking with it and giving it at least a week if you can bear it before throwing in the towel and see if you feel a benefit. You can’t expect something that comes out of rock to get michelin stars :o)

    The first shilajit i bought the Seenasi shilajit. Great energy and was very impressed. 2nd purchase was not that great and found a huge insect in it. So I decided to try BetterAlt due to lots of solid reviews. Got it yesterday (7/29/24) and not sure what is wrong. I love been using coffee to melt it and it would not stay melted. Smell and taste were very weak and almost had a soap taste. After taking it got a heat rush. And some nausea. Which did go away shortly. Very odd feeling. Has anyone had a similar experience? The date on the test paper is March 2024. Anyone has this batch? Interested in seeing if it’s just their batch.
    Very disappointed and concerned about this maybe harmful to me. I rarely complain and very understanding that each batch can be slightly different.
    Someone please show me legit shilajit. The Sennasi I got the first time was all everyone said it was!! Or I wouldn’t be trying to find a different brand.

    This shilajit has been great for boosting my energy levels and mental clarity. At first I thought the effects were subtle but it’s really noticeable if I accidentally skip a day!
    I’m much more productive on it and find I have energy all the way up until bed time.

    This is one of the item I will recommend, this work. Best to have some coffee with it. Don’t just put in water are you will regret it. Taste is bad that way, but in coffee it’s perfect

    I am a 38 year old female and my energy has been very very low on top of that my libido was no fun either.
    The first three days of this thing and I am still wondering what is wrong with me.

    This is my second day on this. I mix this with my morning tea. I’ve been struggling with sleep,focus, and energy. I’ve always started my days with energy drinks and other alternatives to get through the day. Not anymore! My second day right on this is as follow…all I have is PROS, no cons!
    I wake up full of energy, body feels stronger, I’m focused and sharp and attentive and super active.
    Everyone’s body will react differently, I get that..but trust the process on this. I’ve even stopped drinking sodas and been drinking a lot of water.
    The taste is not the best…but it was more tolerable mixing with my morning tea. And yes, all you need is that pea sized amount 1x day. Do it in the morning with your breakfast.
