    This product does not work as advertised. In fact it does just the opposite. Instead of calming you down for a good night’s sleep, your heart will start racing within 30 – 45 minutes after consuming just one tablet. The recommended suggested use calls out for (2) tablets. Amazon: remove this product from you list of choices unless of course you want to be sewed!
