This is my third year in my journey of slicing and dicing, and my first year using Animal Advanced Cuts. I was looking for extra help in dropping body fat, and at first glance, this seemed like a promising product. I started using it on June 30th, following the instructions precisely. Obviously, I combined this product with proper meal planning, workouts, cardio, water intake, etc.

While it’s hard to quantify exactly how much this product contributed, anecdotally, it was a game changer. I typically sleep around 5-6 hours per night and wake up around 3 or 4 am. I took my first packet then with half a rice cake, followed by a cardio session. As per the instructions, I took the second packet about 5 hours later with a snack. This routine kept me energized throughout the morning and into most of the afternoon.

My appetite was greatly suppressed (almost no hunger pangs), allowing me to function well despite being in a significant caloric deficit. I work 10+ hours a day behind a computer in a high-paced and demanding role, yet I remained remarkably on point throughout the cut. Although my overall sleep time decreased, likely due to the caffeine, I was still able to operate effectively.

Overall, I went from 181.1 lbs and 15.4% body fat on June 30th to 166.6 lbs and 13.7% body fat on July 28th. This is my best year yet. The cut was way easier than previous years, and results, much better. I attribute much of this success to Animal Advanced Cuts, and will 100% continue to use when cutting in the future.

I bought Animal Cuts because I was feeling kinda chubby after a scooter accident kept me out of the gym for about several weeks.
I took the Cuts pack in AM with breakfast. Fast forward 20 minutes, I’m in the car driving to work. I start to feel really weird. I arrive to work and have to pee like a racehorse. My hands are shaking. My mouth is dry. I check my Fitbit and my pulse is 120. I’m hoping no one notices how weird I’m acting. I look up the ingredients, and it has more caffeine than 16 ozs of coffee and has a diuretic effect… I do some slow breathing to bring my heart rate down and convince myself I’m not going to faint. I have Zofran for migraine related nausea. I took the highest strength dissolving tablet. It barely helped. Spent the morning lying on the floor. Heart rate has dropped to 100. Googled the life span of caffeine. I’m fairly sure I’m going to be lying on the floor for several more hours.
I have never smoked crack, but this is how I imagine it to be, with a chaser of battery acid. It mimics the effect of a panic attack, seasickness and the stomach flu all at once. Then legit brought about a real panic attack because I wasn’t sure how high my blood pressure was or how much water can be deadly. I’m drinking water like I’ve been stranded in the desert for 24 hours without anything. Chewing gum to keep my mouth moist.
At 2 pm, I couldn’t hold it together anymore and puked the water and bile in my stomach. Had to leave work early and was ready to pull over, park the car and take an Uber home. I made it home, but felt like Leonardo DiCaprio in Wolves of Wall Street.
Once home, I took more antacids, more zofran and a sacred Valium. I ordered liquid IV from Uber delivery.

Takeaway: IF YOU ARE SENSITIVE TO STIMULANTS OR CAFFEINE- JUST DON’T! My pupils are dilated and it’s taking all my mental energy to breathe slowly. I know this will pass, but it’s been a VERY unpleasant experience. The kind that will stick in my mind forever. Don’t be an idiot like me and just take them without thinking about what’s in them or underestimate the amount of 1 star reviews that basically mirror my experience.
