    2nd time I have purchased a rug from this seller and I have loved both. The quality for the price is unbeatable and the pictures represent the colors well. It’s a night thick rug and makes up for the rooms we have it in that don’t have carpet. 10/10

    This rug arrived incredibly well wrapped and had as a result zero damage or marks. It unrolled without any issues and lay flat straight away. Slight odor but nothing terrible and feels thick and soft yet the hard wearing of wool. Love it and almost wish I had bought a larger one now!

    I ordered the blue rug but I believe I was sent a grey one- unless there is just no blue in the blue rug! I contacted the seller but nothing was done so I just kept it- as I can’t imagine sending this beast back… I do wish I had the blue one and for the money I spent that’s a bit unfortunate. But aside from that, the rug is very soft and pretty. It sheds like crazy but that’s getting better over time. It’s been about 2 months and I vacuum frequently- the shedding should likely be done soon (I hope!).

    Beautiful, soft, thick and high quality for the price. 100% Pottery Barn dupe. We purchased the ivory/gray, there’s very little gray in it, which is fine. It does shed a lot, I’ve vacuumed it a couple times a day and by day 3 it’s mostly resolved. Already had a spill and it was easy to clean up, no stain. Highly recommend. It also arrived far ahead of schedule.

    I was super impressed with the quality of this rug. I ordered samples of the PB Capitola rug before finding this dupe, and while it’s not identical, it is very similar in terms of quality and pattern/how it’s woven. My complaint is that the rug was a much lighter in color than expected based on the photos from the seller. I ordered the “Indigo Green” rug in size 8×10. However, there is hardly any—if any at all—indigo in the rug. I even checked various dictionaries and color wheels to be sure I was not mistaken on what colors fall into the indigo color spectrum. The rug I received is significantly lighter in person, with colors best described as medium teal and pale azure against a beige background. While it’s beautiful, the true colors of the rug I received did not work in my space. I’m disappointed the photos online did not more accurately represent the color of the rug I received.

    This rug would be best for someone working with a blank slate or who is not super picky on colors/matching other items. At least as far as the indigo rug goes: do not expect it to match the seller’s photos, and do not expect the color to be comparable to the corresponding PB rug. If you’re quite flexible with color, this is a good investment based on quality alone.

    Thankfully I found a neighbor who is able to use the rug in her own home to avoid the hassle of returning such a large item.
