5.0 out of 5 starsBest Tasting Pre-Workout Powder
Reviewed in the United States on August 11, 2024
Alani Nu Pre Workout Powder in Blue Slush flavor is like sipping on a frozen treat before your workout! The taste is absolutely delicious, with a burst of blue raspberry that feels more like a dessert than a supplement. But don’t let the sweetness fool you—this pre-workout packs a punch. With 200mg of caffeine, L-Theanine, Beta-Alanine, and Citrulline, it delivers a smooth energy boost and enhances endurance without the crash. Plus, it’s sugar-free, so you get all the flavor without the guilt. If you’re looking for a pre-workout that’s both effective and incredibly tasty, this is it!

2.0 out of 5 starsEar tingles & pins and needles
Reviewed in the United States on July 30, 2024
I ordered this thinking it was my usual energy sticks alani product that I typically take before working out. I usually add half an energy stick to 8 oz water and thought this would be a bulk product of that but I didn’t realize how wrong I was until after I took the product (buts that’s on me). So I read the warnings about possible itchiness but I figured that’s just what comes with a pre workout, I took a half scoop serving which I figured was comparable to my half an energy stick. About 30 minutes in I hop off the treadmill and notice any sudden movements of my hands or feet I’m getting pins and needles then a few minutes later my ears get a tingling feeling I can only describe as pop rocks exploding on the tips of my ears. I thought I was crazy but then I saw another review describing this same feeling!
Anyway – if you’re looking for a milder pre workout or may be sensitive to this type of thing maybe go with the alani energy sticks. I’ve been using them for 8 months and never had any issues. Just sad I didn’t pay attention to the label before I bought because they’re non refundable ),:
