I have Bouviers, I keep feet trimmed but not as short as with clippers. They are quiet but aren’t very powerful. I had to keep brushing the blades. Not bad for the price though.

This item is made pretty well, and seems to be of a decent quality, however, I don’t like that the top blade is plastic and not metal like the bottom blade. It doesn’t cut the hair as well as others I have used. Not real impressed with this product.
