    This product was not effective. Dealing with menopause symptoms, particularly non stop rushes of heat throughout the AM/PM is exhausting and life changing on so many levels.

    I had very high hopes for this product due to the ingredients and outrageous cost. For the price tag and “near guarantee” message this company boasts, one would think it would have taken the edge off, at least a little bit. It didn’t address the heat rushes, brain fog or insomnia. Incredibly disappointing.

    Been taking this for about 4 to 5 months. What a difference! I’m calmer, on an even keel which translates to really good days. It took maybe about 3 weeks to feel the difference and happier, calmer and more like Yourself! Try it, it’s worth it! And Yeah, the weight comes off easier as well. Definitely a Win, Win!

    I finally buckled in taking Hormone Harmony after its ads plastered my Facebook on how life changing their products are. I’m 43, in great shape, I really just wanted something that would support my brain fog, give me a little extra energy, and help with the small changes of getting older. Who doesn’t want to lose 10 pounds right? I researched this product a lot before purchasing, the reviews were amazing, and the ingredients and their uses for well being intrigued me. I even took the quiz and spoke with a representative on the best one for me.
    I just finished my 2nd bottle and this is what I experienced..
    First 9 days, noticed an instant new little sparkle of energy in my brain, slightly less bloated.
    2nd week, started sweating more, experiencing random dizzy sensations. Feeling kinda mood swingy.
    1st month, started feeling dizzy at times
    ( shortly after taking) sugar cravings strong at night, feeling very gassy and bloated. So gassy! Pills are really large, taste is awful.
    Constipation is becoming a daily issue.
    Never had this before..
    Month two, taking miralax for constant constipation, still feeling dizzy at times, sweating more than I ever have.
    I have gained 5 lbs.
    This product had me really excited, even after taking it, I felt really hopeful for the positive changes. Buyer beware.
    I eat well, healthy, I exercise daily.
    I have never had issues with the bathroom.
    I am not in menopause, this product makes me feel like it’s starting it up. I have never sweated so much randomly.
    The dizziness is the final straw.
    I thought I would overlook these symptoms, and give the product more time to work on my body, but seriously always follow your gut. Literally.
    I also got off Facebook and seeked out honest reviews online.
    I’m not the only one experiencing negative and scary symptoms. Many are.
    Some people have been hospitalized from severe allergic reactions from this stuff.
    Not reordering my 3rd bottle.
    Outside of the side effects, so expensive.
    I truly wish I could get my money back.
    Even just one bottles worth.
    You either get in a subscription you can’t break to buy this product, or you buy on here and can’t get your money back. Kinda a dirty deal all the away around.
    One more “stick it” to us woman who are doing their best to feel well with all the body things we experience. Wish we could get a break sometimes.
    I’m now on day 3 of miralax, trying to get back my normal regulation back.
    I hope this helps someone. You live you learn. “Magic pills” don’t exist.

    I purchased this product to see how it works with hormonal balance, having serious brain fog. It was something I wanted to give a chance to and after reading on it it’s got positive and plenty of interesting information on stuff that you need if you are going through various phases in your twenties and older.

    One of the big positives of it is it specifically says like 24 days of taking this is better than 30 and it even explains on the bottle

    Harmony in cycles: First, take it for 5 days straight. Then take a 2-day break. Then, repeat the cycle. When you take a 2-day break, your body is not getting used to all the potent ingredients in this formula.

    One of the cons would be the price of it but if you can get it for a good deal I highly recommend it.

    It’s easy to use take three a day. Hopefully it helps with weight loss and improves my mood and Sleep Quality

    I’ve tried so many supplements, even prescribed by doctors, that have done nothing for me. After seeing several ads, I decided to give this a shot, skeptical. Once I finished the bottle (24 days, 3 pills per day), I realized that it had actually been working. I slept so well, still got hot at night, but it’s summer so not sure. I usually wake up with a headache due to jaw clenching, but I don’t recall waking up with maybe 1 or 2 headaches the entire duration, which is amazing. I had energy whereas before, I had been tires, exhausted, and depressed. I felt better. I even realized looking back that I handled a few confrontations with businesses with much more tact and patience than usual, which surprised me and really got me to thinking that it had something to do with these supplements and regulating my hormones. I didn’t lose any weight, as they keep saying in the ads, but the energy boost, mood boost, and good sleep are enough for me to try another bottle. I’ve been off the supplements for about 10 days now and I’ve noticed I’m more tired again and starting to get shaky again, so all of that means I will give this another try to see if I get the same results (and losing a bit of weight would be nice, too).

    I used this every day for a month as directed and did not see any results at all. I didn’t lose weight and it changed nothing. But, their customer support is amazing and they do stand by their guarantee. I gave them 3 stars because the product is worth a try if the company honors their month guarantee. Maybe it works for some people, but it wasn’t for me.
