    I have been using Unicel C8412 for many years. works great. I rinse it once a week. mine started to age and when it gets heavy it’s a sign for a new one. I called amazon after seeing this listing ships and sold my amazon. they assured me it is an authentic Unicel C8412.

    It arrived a few days early! in the manufacturer’s box with pamphlet. I literally was rinsing my current C8412 when it arrived . I inspected and stood them side by side . they are identical.

    with weekly rinsing and maintaining pool chemical balance my self, I actually get 2-3 years out of this filter. my other one still works ,and I will use it if I need to do an algaecide treatment or phosphate treatment.

    I put this new Unicel C8412 in , fits perfect, crystal clear water. will buy again. the price is right too!. the local pool store I called quoted 128.99 plus tax for this exact unicel C8412.
    it really is a great filter, using this brand for years and pool always crystal clear . Filter lasts a loong time with proper care and maintenance.

    This product was recommended by my pool guy and has been working excellent to date. I was advised that it has a longer operational life than the cheaper brands.

    I have used both the Unicel and Pleatco in my C1200, both are cheaper than Hayward and last a long time. I purchased the Unicel this time because it was less $$ than the Pleatco. Both fit just like OEM
