    I bought 3 pack of the clarifion ionizers on March 18, 2021. I placed one in my bedroom, one in spare bedroom and one in the dining room. I saw the blue light that was on, in my bedroom and never thought to check on the other 2, until I was at a friends house and we were talking about these ionizers. He has a different brand that plugs in, but, he said his has a filter that needs to be cleaned at times. So, when I went home, I checked the ones I have and there is no filter and no way to clean the device I have. I also noted that the one in the spare bedroom and the one in the dining room had no blue light on. Don’t know how long these lights haven’t been working, but, I would think that they would last more than a year. I paid $94.00 for the 3 of them. The photo shows the warning on the side of the device I have and it says to clean is regularly, there is no panel to take off to clean it inside. I called Amazon where I purchased them and they told me to call Clarifion. I was given their phone #. I called Clarifion and they told me to call Amazon support since I purchased them from Amazon. What a run around. I would not recommend these devices to anyone. As far as I’m concerned, I’m disillusioned with Amazon after being a Prime member for many years.

    I have the litter box for my 2 cats in the living area in a cabinet. However often I cleaned it walking into the house or into the room there was a lingering odor. Immediately after putting one of these adjacent to the cat box the odor was gone. The room in general which is fairly big dining lounge area always has a very light fresh air feel now.

    I’m not one for doing reviews. However, I have to tell you this product actually works. I’ve waited for weeks to make sure it worked. My house was the biggest dust catcher ever. Drove me crazy. This product actually does work. No dust for weeks. I do recommend this product.

    I cannot say whether there is a stark contrast between having this air purifier and not having it in a room. I have been using it for like 6 months by now. The wall surrounding it looks the same. It stays quiet at its place in delivering some missions from its creator. When I really want to test it, I am pulling my nose closer to breath in what it puts out, then I got a distinguishable feeling. One thing I know for sure: it does pull down any smell in the room to nothing, so I can relax knowing it is doing its job. I don’t recommend using it if you love your room having your body smell. Otherwise it is a great solution for those whose smells are repellent to you.

    I bought a 3 pack about a month ago because I was tired of waking up with a scratchy throat. I felt like I wasn’t in the peak of health at the time so I tried these things. They aren’t cheap, but if I had to say one way or the other I think they are helping. My place is near a waterfall and two heavily traveled roads (not highways, but cars boogie). The point is between that and the heat my place is a dust magnet. I once had asthma, but I outgrew it. Still, I’m not equipped to deal with massive loads of dust and particles in the air. Not even close. Since I put these bad boys out I feel like the air quality has improved. I snore so there is definitely times when I wake up parched, but I think these Ionizers are making a difference after sleeping with two of them in my bedroom for the past month. I know it’s not exactly a ringing endorsement, but I’d buy them again. I think everyone reacts to dust, pollen, cat dander (no way here) and all kinds of things slightly differently so it’s hard to quantify. Just my two cents.

    We’ve used these “negative ion generators” since the old Sharper Image days and — maybe it’s the CA-CARB compliant throttling of the unit, but it’s barely effective. It’s doing /something/ more than a simple nightlight, but barely enough to tell… and certainly not worth the $30-40 price tag.

    I purchased the package of 3 on March 1st through Amazon. My dust levels have decreased BUT one of the Ionic Air Purifier stopped working May 20th. Lasting less than 3 months, in my opinion, is not acceptable.
    I also find it interesting that the Amazon purchase site does not have a contact for the company that it is purchased through. I would prefer a new one be sent rather than a refund.

    UPDATE JUNE 1

    While Clarifion company refused to do anything (China). After a Lot of discussion with Amazon they finally agreed to send a new one and I returned the original. Thank you Amazon, you are the best and still provide customer service to your customers.
